Torn.
I am torn. My mom did our taxes and now we are just waiting for Uncle Sam to send us the money. The cost of e-filing wasn’t cheap enough to make the money grubbing me go for it. Wait a little longer and get a check in the mail paying only $1.56 in stamps or pay about 80 bucks for it to get there right away. I can wait. :) hehehe So what am I torn between? Well it’s what to do with the tax return. See we’re moving sometime in March. That will cost us money; first and last month rent, plus a security deposit and moving fees and blah blah blah. Our rent is going to be jumping from a nice 300 a month to probably 700-800. I know! I’m a bit freaked since it’s finally sinking in. Also we’ll need to buy a washer and dryer since I’ll be damned if I have to go to the laundry mat. Do you know that people have such low morals that they will steal your cloth, soap, static cling sheets, etc. if you don’t stay the whole time or if you leave and don’t come back before your stuff is finished! I mean how low can your morals and ethics go? My boyfriend laughed at my reaction when we had to go to one because of a large rug we used to have that needed to be cleaned and he told me that. I was shocked and appalled and still am. So while knowing full well having 2 grand would be a really good thing for our move coming up I am still temped to spend the money on a new computer. I want one. It’s my number one “want” other then a house. I know the responsible thing would be to save it for moving, but...I...want... /sigh I know in the end I’ll stick it in savings for when we move. Have I mentioned lately how much it sucks being a responsible adult?
Slacker
I’m a slacker. I haven’t made any new layout. I haven’t done any new banners or avies. I need to start working on it tonight. On the bright side Animanga is back up after having its’ bandwidth exceeded. I feel special now since it used to happen often with Alpha and Innocent and it’s finally happened to me! YAY! XD I now have a ton of things I need to do by the end of the week. Fight-o OH!!
Sadly the only highlight is that since it’s the first of the month I get a new bishie at SnS Forums! Of course it’s just another pic of Jun I have, BUT it’s the one where he’s laying on the blue couch with a plaid hoodie and just looking great! I figured out with all of my pictures I have of him it would take me over 5 years to go through all of them before I start having to use the same picture again. XD Of course it’s not as much as many fangirls have of him. Well it’s probably not even close to as much, but it’s my little stash that’s filled with not only pics, but avies and sigs and wallpapers made just for me! :) My all time favorite is still Fangli’s birthday wallpaper, but he’s half naked so there really is no competing. It’s like how I love “Rock with Me” even though his English sucks. He’s dancing around half naked! I wouldn’t care if he was singing in ebonics! Would anyone care that liked him? I think not.
Cyn’s going to make me a calendar for work! Well she’s going to make me the pictures so I can take it to Kinkos or some place to get printed out! I’m so excited, but I’m still figuring out which pictures. I’ve narrowed down my stash to 20 pictures, but I still haven’t seen hers. I need to decide quickly though so she can start working on it. I’m so excited. Cyn’s work is just amazing! She’s really good like Razlly, Suke, Fangli, Sylphie, Kuri, Airi, etc. Wow I am surrounded by amazingly talented people! I wish I was talented too. I’ve been meaning to learn how to use Photoshop more then what I do so I can help out SnS Group other then proofing. I know, very ironic for someone who doesn’t proof her own blogs to be a proofer in a group huh? I figure unless it’s a promo to just write as if I was talking to you guys.
It's been some time since Animanga had it's bandwidth limit exceeded.. So long that I don't know how to react to it. Look on the bright side, at least you know how to make your own wallpaper and banner and know how to use photoshop to do all those editting for the forum. A proofer is someone who reads a manga after it is edited and stuff to say "it's good to go!" right?
