the basic principle of any internal combustion engine can be expressed simply in four words:
suck, squeeze, bang, blow


Sounds dirty, don't it? Well it's not really. First the piston pulls the fuel into the compression chamber (suck).... then it compresses it (Squeeze)... then the spark plugs fire...(Bang) and as the piston lifts... the burned fuel is pushed out. (Blow)

And there you have it folks.. engines made easy....
(please keep in mind that this is a VERY simplified explanation and my wording may not quite be right... but it IS after all a basic explanation. I'm sure too that some guy out there is gonna thing sure.. it's messed up cause she's a GIRL.. but i promise.. it has nothing to do with that..)
