OK.. check this out.. I believe in something.. I'm not about to change that belief to make anyone else happy. I know you did the same thing too at one point.. but pregnancy is a very emotional time for me and that makes this all seem a little more personal than it should This is a subject best left unspoken of. No amount of explaining the who's why's and circumstances is going to change my mind. Don't try. I haven't said.. nor will i ever say anything to the other party involved.. but to make this seem like no big deal is tragic.. for everyone. Don't give me the grow up lecture.. don't give me the well that's rude lecture. I'm sticking to what i believe in.. and that's that. I can't change her mind.. i wouldn't change her mind if i could.. but that doesn't mean i have to like it.. I wrote this as a basic summary of how i feel about this subject.. and a variety of other subjects of which i won't speak.

There are times in our lives that we find something we are truly passionate about. These are the things that define who we are. I will never apologize for who i am or what i believe. It cheapens one's soul and devalues the very life we have worked so hard to define to say you're sorry for your beliefs. I am at peace with what i believe and knowing that someone disagrees so vehemently with it will not sway me from my opinion.
