Lemonade Cream Pie
Friday. 7.20.12 2:11 pm
So I'm sure it's just friendly conversation but a few people on here have expressed some interest in my (almost) award winning lemonade cream pie and since it's the easiest recipe ever I thought I'd share.

Ingredients:
2 packages instant lemon pudding
1 package peach jello
8 oz non-frozen cool whip (more if you want to top/decorate with it)
1/2 cup Milk
Pie crust

Mix dry ingredients together first, then whisk in milk and cool whip. Whisk for about 2 minutes or until the mixture looks more pale yellow and less yolk-like and the mixture gets thick and hard to mix. Fill pie crust and refrigerate for at least two hours. Top with cool whip and serve! When I make it for parties/contests I like to put a couple spoonfuls of cool whip into a frosting bag and make pretty piping, which also comes out to ideal rations of cool whip per pie piece.

Let me know if anyone decides to try it!

Also, yeah my sister's friend is attractive but he's not really my type haha. He's kind of a bro.

This isn't the kind of thing I would make, but your piping is really nice.

O M G I will SO MAKE THAT. That sounds so freaking delicious. Why do I live in France where we don't have ANY of these ingredients?!?!?!!?

I think I can find some of them at the American store, though.... hmm....

I managed to find lemon pudding mix, a pie crust (graham cracker crumb...) and orange jello.... we'll see how it goes I guess. By the way this made me think of this ar ticle I read about a woman who called her kids Lemonjello and Orangejello but it was pronounced Le-MON-ja-low and or-ON-ja-low. Amazing.

RE:
Could be good, could be bad. I am sacrificing 2750$ worth of scholarship though. But this is all because I want to rethink what I am going to do with my life and rechoose my University program.

On the other hand I cannot find a job so probably will go back to HS for a year.

Interesting. If I liked lemonade, I'd be all about trying it, but lemonade and I aren't buddies. I'm set to make cookies this week, I kind of want to use chocolate coated ginger instead of chocolate chips, but ccg is pricey. :(

hahaha well yeah I don't think anyone will be successful in describing how to eat a popsicle without it being awkward.

I think it's like a law where there has to be at least one weirdo neighbor that lives around normal people to bother them. Ugh.
