Recently I found out that there�s a Red Durian and it seems like it can only be found in Sabah. Unlike the usual ones over here in Peninsular Malaysia, ranging from the bright yellow to the orangy ones , this Red Durian is said to be creamily rich and can be turn into a dish, not our usual durian tempoyak (fermented yellowish durian) but they call it the Fried Durian of Sandakan , where the red flesh will be stir-fried with onions, cili padi (bird�s eye chillies) and a lil bit of oil. Would love to give it a try..

Lol! After 8!!! I love it too!!! Once I start eating that one, I'd never stop till I finish the whole box!! Although I've never got sorethroats from eating chocolates but I do get them when the weather is too hot. My mother has her way of getting it out of the system..

Yes, I am.. At one point I was really addicted to chocolates. I guess it shouldn't be much a surprise since my name is more commonly associated with chocolates than the nut itself.
