Lady Gaga
So I listened to Artpop on Spotify. The majority of the songs were meh. Well, there's this group on The Sing-Off that made this mashup of some of Gaga's songs.

It's stuck in my head now.

So this is complicated. Where do I start?

Aunt A's daughter recently had a sweet 16. The problem is that Aunt B and Aunt C didn't attend because they don't like Aunt D*. For whatever reason, they didn't agree with or like whatever Aunt D did, and now they talk merde about Aunt D whenever they're together and with the rest of the family. Aunt D isn't talking about them, though; she's just ignoring the merde. Aunt B and Aunt C didn't wanted Aunt A to be on the Let's-Bash-Aunt-D Train, but Aunt A never boarded. Aunt B and Aunt C are now bashing Aunt A just because she's friends with Aunt D.

I joined the "court" and helped with the dance thing. When Sandy came in and took a huge merde on us, we couldn't practice at Aunt A's house. They didn't have power. The plans changed to have practice at Aunt B's house. The plans then changed again because Aunt B didn't want the practice in her house even though she had electricity, lives literally down the road from Aunt A, and we all hang out there anyway at any other time. Aunt B didn't want it at her house just because it's associated with Aunt A...but the whole thing is for the daughter...the girl who turns 16.

At Thanksgiving (Aunt B's house), Aunts B and C were trying to get my mom into this whole thing. Her response, "Oh really??????????? wowwwwwwwwwww.......Ohhhhh....reaaallly? Ohhh..." That would honestly be my response. I wouldn't want to choose sides. It's stupid when you're friends with both sides. It's even more stupid when you've come to refer to these people as family. We're not related to any of the aunts by blood, but it's still close enough. Also at Thanksgiving, Aunt E appeared. She pretty much disappeared from all of these family parties 3 years ago. When she came back, all she did was gossip about everyone not there. Because she was there, cousin A's family wasn't there. Aunt E tends to gossip about cousin A's family for whatever stupid reason. I don't understand because they used to be on good terms in the past.

Then the Sweet 16 came. Aunt B and C were not there, but their husbands thankfully were. And apparently Aunt B and C are not talking to Aunt F anymore. I'm sure I didn't use F yet -.- Aunt's B and C prefer the use of Facebook over texting/calling people to confirm whether or not they can attend parties or eat at restaurants. Apparently Aunt B or C sent something to Aunt F, but Aunt F never replied. Aunts B and C said that Aunt F is always on Facebook and that now Aunt F is ignoring them. My rationale: Aunt F was busy at the time, checked the message, intended to reply at a later time, forgot. I could be wrong. I wonder if they even asked Aunt F if she got the message?

Anywho, now we are at this week. On Monday, we had a farewell party to my grandfather and grandmother. I couldn't go because I had class, but everyone else was kind of there. Cousin A and Cousin B (Cousin B is Aunt B's daughter) said that all Aunt E and her husband were doing was gossiping. I don't know the whole story, since I wasn't really there.

And now apparently Christmas will be at my house. Cousin A and her family won't be attending because Aunt E. I don't know. When she told me this, I was kind of sad. Even though I hate having parties here (crowded, hate the clean up afterwards) I don't want them to be isolated. I mean if someone wants to gossip about you, let them gossip about you. In the end, they look like merde that doesn't know what in the world they're doing.

The worst part of this whole scenario is that the majority of the aunts mentioned have kids, and we all pretty much get along with each other. Aunt D's son feels VERY awkward when he comes to Aunt B's house because there's that tension between Aunt B and Aunt D. Aunt B's son is very good friends with Aunt D's son. When cousin A and cousin B go to hang out at Aunt D's house, cousin B tells Aunt B that she's just going to hang out with cousin A.

seriously. What the f happened to the holiday season...and f'n giving thanks? I know plenty of people have had their share of horrible Christmases, but I'd never think that something this lame would happen.

Sounds like a typical Chinese family drama... It's either that or something money related. Sometimes you wonder how these people survive in the world

I was just hoping that there wouldn't be drama with these people, since there's already drama with Aunt C's family and (unmentioned) Aunt G's family. The husbands are brothers, the parents died, curses were exchanged at the mother's wake in the funeral home in front of everyone. I think THAT drama was money related. This one... I'm not so sure. I think these women need hobbies.

Man, sounds like you need to be the subject of a Christmas special TV show where all of the kids show all of the parents that they are missing the true meaning of Christmas.

Yeah! I like Zanzibar's idea. :)

My family that's near me isn't as big as yours, and we all tend to get along alright. But even we have our gossips. My dad's the worst. :/

It's a mess. I told my cousin to forget about that Aunt whateverlettersheis will be there, but she most likely still won't come. I guess all we can do now is be hopeful that these women and man realize that this whole mess is stupid.

re: the vampire vs zombies episode was mostly garbage. the people rooting for zombies kept insisting that they work together, but that clearly couldn't happen if they don't think logically. dumb. vampires whooped their asses.

Well in The Walking Dead (not sure if others have suggested this), when one zombie bumps into another zombie, the latter follows the former. When this duo bumps into more zombies, they for whatever reason follow. This eventually leads to a herd! *baaaaa*

But when a zombie walks into something like a wall or door, they go berserk because something is in their way--nothing gets in the way of the zombie!

But yeah, the vampires could take them out. Especially if they cheat with Twilight super powers.
