Sweet!! My bros back in KL and my grandma followed. I will miss the home-cooked food for Im sure my mother will be buying now that my grandmothers in KL but having my bed to myself and to not need to find the best things at home missing when I would like to use it for a while is just so nice!

Have I told you guys how much I love overcast days? It may seem sad to some people but I love it. It always signifies that the day will be of moderate temperature, dont need to worry that the sun will heat up everything and make the house so hot you feel like youre being cooked in it. It also makes driving and walking more pleasant since there is no direct sunlight frying you as you walk/drive. Cloudy days make me lose track of time faster than usual albeit making me lazier than usual but that can be fixed.

Anyone has any upbeat happy, not about love English songs to recommend? Im finding for a ringtone, a happy upbeat one which isnt about love/making love. Its much easier to find them in Japanese, in fact it is easier to find a lot of songs with the themes I want in Japanese, thanks to the existence of animes. I want it so that when my friends call me, it would be a happy song ringing instead of Photograph by Nickelback, which is a little depressing. I dont want my ringtone to be all Japanese cause it is an indirect impression that Im some Japanese wannabe which I am not. I just love the language and the variety in the songs.

Im supposed to meet up with a friend during Hari Raya but shes supposed to tell me when she is in town. I guess she really thought that I was some random fella when I sent her that text which contained a line from her outrageously funny homemade birthday card two years ago. She lost her mobile phone a while ago and between me another friend, we decided to use my number to do so because she is most likely to not remember my number. If only she responded, it wouldve been fun. None the less, I'm waiting to be gallivanting with some other friends.

So off I go to disturb random friends on Facebook and on my MSN... Take care everyone and have a nice weekend!~

I reccomend "Labels or Love". It's by Fergie and it's my main ringtone. It's just about shopping and stuff, and big name brands. It's a catchy tune. If I could remember my damn password to my playlist I'd upload it, lol
» foolishgames on 2008-10-03 10:59:03

so I found my password, and added it to the list =)

Music, eh? Try something by Professor Murder (that's the only "happy" music I can find in my collection :S).

Overcast days affect me in strange ways, but I like them. :P

re the comment:
I heart hoodies hardcore. It's just a plain white zip up one with a navy "OLD NAVY" across the chest. I slept in it last night and it's my new favorite thing besides my brown sweater =) idk why, but I love men's hoodies so much more than womens... maybe because they're longer and more roomy?

Fergie has a lot of upbeat songs that aren't about love. Um, songs from Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift are upbeat. I have them if you want any to convert into a ringtone. I hated the movie, but love the sound track. XD Then again we might have a different opinion about "upbeat".

Who cares what people thing. I don't know what most of what I'm listening to means, usually just a general idea if that. I've been thinking about ringtons for my phone, but I haven't picked any out yet.

I like overcast days, too.

I don't understand why some people like sunbathing. Just sitting outside in the sun for a few minutes makes me feel like I'm being cooked. So uncomfortable.

If old navy had a pic of it on their website I'd send you the link, but of course... they don't because they're stupid! Silly old navy

it has nice deep pockets. I love that. I look at pockets too- they have to have enough room for a wallett and cellphone and keys if need be because sometimes I don't feel like carrying a purse =)

Oh, the dream poem was just something I wrote a few posts back.

I'm pretty sure it's a Euro/American thing. My mom and paternal grandmother are both fair-skinned Filipinos, but I'm dark (I get it from my dad). They always told me to stay out of the sun, unless I WANTED to look like a PEASANT FARMER!!! Hahahaha.

It's funny because out of all the grandchildren, I'm the only really dark one. But I'm also the farthest thing from a peasant farmer because I'm the most highly educated!

Funny story: One of my white friends was tanning and got sunburned on her chest. Then she tried to "balance out the color" with artificial spray-on tan, but it just turned out to be a giant mess. The moral of the story is DON'T LAY OUT IN THE SUN. (You'll damage your DNA!)
