You're unsure if I am a loose end or a strand
that waits for you to mend or understand
A few words
"When we describe the Moon as dead, we are describing the deadness in ourselves. When we find space so hideously void, we are describing our own unbearable emptiness."
~ D.H. Lawrence

"Is the meaning of life defined by its duration? Or does life have a purpose so large that it doesn't have to be prolonged at any cost to preserve its meaning?"

"Living is not good, but living well. The wise man, therefore, lives as well as he should, not as long as he can... He will always think of life in terms of quality not quantity... Dying early or late is of no relevance, dying well or ill is... even if it is true that while there is life there is hope, life is not to be bought at any cost."
~ Seneca

"People will tell you nothing matters, the whole world's about to end soon anyway. Those people are looking at life the wrong way. I mean, things don't need to last forever to be perfect."
~ Daydream Nation

"All Bette's stories have happy endings. That's because she knows where to stop. She's realized the real problem with stories-- if you keep them going long enough, they always end in death."
~ The Sandman: Preludes & Nocturnes

"The road now stretched across open country, and it occurred to me - not by way of protest, not as a symbol, or anything like that, but merely as a novel experience - that since I had disregarded all laws of humanity, I might as well disregard the rules of traffic. So I crossed to the left side of the highway and checked the feeling, and the feeling was good. It was a pleasant diaphragmal melting, with elements of diffused tactility, all this enhanced by the thought that nothing could be nearer to the elimination of basic physical laws than deliberately driving on the wrong site of the road."
~ Vladimir Nabokov, Lolita

"It is easier to forgive an enemy than to forgive a friend."
~ William Blake

Halloween is one of the best holidays, definitely. I mean, come on, free candy. CANDY.

Yes, I still go trick or treating. No, I don't feel that I'm too old for it. Heck, I'll probably be trick or treating until I'm twenty if I don't look too old yet.

For someone like me, a lot of the fun is just organizing all the candies into little piles on the floor. Usually what I do is do that, then eat a candy from each pile until they're all gone.

I hope I get a mountain of Dots this year. I love Dots. Jujubes, too, actually. But nobody gives out Jujubes. :(

Last year's haul was awesome. Hope this year is just as good. I'm going with Alice, I think.

Pictures later. Maybe...

I want pizza
Friday, October 26, 2007
Email from the Music Genesis teacher:

Hey Guys,

One more thing. If you get the chance, reply to my Discussion about Good pizza in our "Discussions" section of A+ board. I know it has nothing to do with class, but what the hay... =)

Stupid East Coasters with their non-crappy pizza. I want to go back to Maine and get some more spinach and cheese pizza.......... MAN.

Stupid Flickr
Tuesday, October 23, 2007
If you haven't heard of Professor Murder, I suggest you check them out. I discovered them... pretty much just five minutes ago, and I already love what I'm hearing. Not something that usually happens to me. Oh, and for you cheapskates... they have lots of 'mpfrees', as they call them. So just look.

The Xanga photo uploader is down. So I have to use Flickr. >:(

Not that I hate Flickr- OH WAIT THAT'S RIGHT I DO!

Stupid having to link back to them.

Stupid ugly blue and purple borders. Now I have to go through every code and change it.

I did nothing today. All you get are pictures that I HAD TO UPLOAD ON STUPID FLICKR.

My mood ring that I got from the Boardwalk. It's a cheap little thing, and it's starting to show a lot of wear, but I like it.

Why do I always get the weird ones? Ah well. Sophia ate it.
Speaking of Sophia, I've been invited to her birthday party.

It's the one eared retarded rabbit!
The larger image is HERE.

Alice drew this on my Physics lab.... one of the few I haven't failed.

I can balance thumb tacks on desks because I have super powers. :D

Wait.... hey I did have something to say.

I got a strawberry slushie at school today. First time. Now, I know that nobody here goes to my school aside from my friend who never comes here anymore, but GOD THAT THING WAS HORRIBLE! It was all....... yech. Artificial-tasting and overly sweet and just awful. And it made my tongue red. :P

Usually I suck at speaking French but we had some sort of test thing today (Way early final....?) and I didn't fail it! I think! She didn't give me a look that said "What the hell was that?" at least. So that's good.

Yeah... that's it.
