I just returned from my fourth visit to China Guanxi Zhuang zu Autonomous Region visited with friends travelled southwest to Ninming. Photos will be uploaded on my photo site soon. i definately need to keep up with my blogging if i want traffic here.

Another year and a new contract begins. Heading to Asia Pacific University as an interpretor/translator/webpage administrator. One year will be enough unless something else better comes up.

Now I am in Kunming, Yunnan elevation about 1800m I am told it is supposed to be cold here but it is warm and sunny I just I got lucky. I am also told that kunming is a cold dusty city but i didn't get the impression at all I think it is definately more of an art community here. Tonight I will be going to Lijiang about 8 hours south by bus elevation about 3000m - there must have snow at least I am told. I learned to not ask Chinese friends for advice as to where to go. The most popular places should be avoided including the peak times as I am told that Lijiang is nice in may june. I will see tomorrow how lijiang is.
