A few words
"When we describe the Moon as dead, we are describing the deadness in ourselves. When we find space so hideously void, we are describing our own unbearable emptiness." ~ D.H. Lawrence "Is the meaning of life defined by its duration? Or does life have a purpose so large that it doesn't have to be prolonged at any cost to preserve its meaning?" "Living is not good, but living well. The wise man, therefore, lives as well as he should, not as long as he can... He will always think of life in terms of quality not quantity... Dying early or late is of no relevance, dying well or ill is... even if it is true that while there is life there is hope, life is not to be bought at any cost." ~ Seneca "People will tell you nothing matters, the whole world's about to end soon anyway. Those people are looking at life the wrong way. I mean, things don't need to last forever to be perfect." ~ Daydream Nation "All Bette's stories have happy endings. That's because she knows where to stop. She's realized the real problem with stories-- if you keep them going long enough, they always end in death." ~ The Sandman: Preludes & Nocturnes "The road now stretched across open country, and it occurred to me - not by way of protest, not as a symbol, or anything like that, but merely as a novel experience - that since I had disregarded all laws of humanity, I might as well disregard the rules of traffic. So I crossed to the left side of the highway and checked the feeling, and the feeling was good. It was a pleasant diaphragmal melting, with elements of diffused tactility, all this enhanced by the thought that nothing could be nearer to the elimination of basic physical laws than deliberately driving on the wrong site of the road." ~ Vladimir Nabokov, Lolita "It is easier to forgive an enemy than to forgive a friend." ~ William Blake Think about it Musicalities! Kill that boredom!

Also feetsies sounds... too much like another word similar that means something very different. This is the cookie I made. We don't know what this bird is. In my Lit book. I Gore is a Whore? Randomly drew some dresses. The one on the left looks weird because I didn't bother fixing it when I made mistakes. Hence the reason why it looks like the invisible person in it is turning to her left. A little. I'm not that good at designing clothes but sometimes I do it anyway. (There need to be more formal dresses with sleeves) At the moment my cold/sickness has put me in Crap Town. Hopefully if it does get worse I won't reach S--t City until after Finals, but you never know. Getting through The Wolves of Calla at a leisurely pace. I must say, the first Dark Tower book was the best, in my opinion. I hated how long Wizard and Glass felt... also, what happened to the level thing? (For people who have read the books you probably know what I'm talking about) Roland is having some pain issues, right? But what about in the first book where he says he's like... level five or something and he can just ignore that kind of stuff? Inconsistent... ---Edit--- Oh hey, there's a real word for what I am. Pescetarian --- Yea or nay for the Wumpus? --- Looks like I got bumped down by ShaShaBoo on the Top Active list... thanks a bunch... (you have a load of free time) Comment! (6) | Recommend! Not the most interesting stuff today Sunday, December 14, 2008 It looks like some changes have been implemented around the site. I don't see the top banner anymore, and there are more pixel people on the island. Additionally, for some reason there aren't any entries listed under "The Best Entries!" I figure that'll be fixed later though. Ah, Finals Week starts tomorrow. My dad is helping me study for Physio... which is hopefully the only one I'll have trouble with. (But Econ is probably going to be the next hardest) And then.... break. P.S.- I seem to have gotten sick. Probably from my dad. :| My throat hurts and I was coughing a lot... And just in time for Finals! At least it's not like that time in sophomore year... P.P.S.- Still toying with the Wumpus game idea. Comment! (3) | Recommend! Sidetracked yet again Tuesday, December 9, 2008 I've been reading Basic Instructions comics. If I hadn't been, I would've remembered to write an entry sooner. Maybe. --- When I came home today my dad was here. It was kinda weird 'cause usually he doesn't get home until pretty late. He was watching TV, so I figured he was just staying home because of his allergies. Buuuuuuuut later I came over to see what he was watching and I saw that he was using his belt as a sling for his left arm. Naturally I was curious, so I asked what happened. He said his shoulder just hurt a lot and stuff. I figured he could handle himself (hell, he's gone through fifty years and he's still alive), so I went and peeled an orange to eat. He came over to stand in the sunlight coming through the glass door, and we talked about random crap. He told me about some sort of old Chinese remedy that's supposed to work wonders on bruises, and we tried it out even though I don't think a bruise is his problem. That was around one-ish... my mom came home like half an hour ago I guess? She brought some Aleve for my dad. I figure he's doing better now because I'm not hearing any noises indicative of pain. --- Boy, I'm really sleepy right now. Comment! (6) | Recommend!
