She said it was all make believe

A few words
"When we describe the Moon as dead, we are describing the deadness in ourselves. When we find space so hideously void, we are describing our own unbearable emptiness."
―D.H. Lawrence

"Is the meaning of life defined by its duration? Or does life have a purpose so large that it doesn't have to be prolonged at any cost to preserve its meaning?"

"Living is not good, but living well. The wise man, therefore, lives as well as he should, not as long as he can... He will always think of life in terms of quality not quantity... Dying early or late is of no relevance, dying well or ill is... even if it is true that while there is life there is hope, life is not to be bought at any cost."
―Seneca

"People will tell you nothing matters, the whole world's about to end soon anyway. Those people are looking at life the wrong way. I mean, things don't need to last forever to be perfect."
―Daydream Nation

"All Bette's stories have happy endings. That's because she knows where to stop. She's realized the real problem with stories― if you keep them going long enough, they always end in death."
―The Sandman: Preludes & Nocturnes

"The road now stretched across open country, and it occurred to me - not by way of protest, not as a symbol, or anything like that, but merely as a novel experience - that since I had disregarded all laws of humanity, I might as well disregard the rules of traffic. So I crossed to the left side of the highway and checked the feeling, and the feeling was good. It was a pleasant diaphragmal melting, with elements of diffused tactility, all this enhanced by the thought that nothing could be nearer to the elimination of basic physical laws than deliberately driving on the wrong site of the road."
― Vladimir Nabokov, Lolita

Evil Bible

Dwindling in Unbelief

Skeptic's Annotated Bible

:P

My, but there are many sites about this topic.

This CD is not going so well. Possibly because I'm not really working on it.

Okay... so I figure maybe a minimalist design is the best way to go. :|

Oh noses, the bottomless pit hath returned!
Wednesday, May 21, 2008

When I was younger I was always hungry, so people would say I had a bottomless pit for a stomach.

Well, I had three pieces of toast, a bowl of pasta, water, honeydew, and a cucumber, and now I'm hungry again. And I just ate those like half an hour ago! :(

Ach.

I'm going to sleep in a few minutes
Tuesday, May 20, 2008
Alice is reading my blog right now. :D

This is like when there's somebody you always hear about but never see and it's all exciting but then actually it's not because it seems like a big deal only to you.

Yes, I don't know where I'm going with this. But does it stop me? NAY!

Or, neigh, if you're so inclined.

Dentist appointment tomorrow.

middaymoon : I don't want to drag out this talk about religion if we're just going to say the same stuff over and over again.

I got chocolate cookies. They're awesome. :D

Alice's birthday party is on Saturday and I have no idea what to get her, even though I'm supposed to know. :|

[Hey Alice, I think I'll get you a frilly pink skirt with little pictures of eggs on it, okay? Sound good? :P]

Now I gotta go brush my teeth because they are starting to feel like I ate sandy mud pudding. Must've been all that sugary goodness...

CRAP I HAVE TO SLEEP.

Holy Fritos
Saturday, May 17, 2008
It was ninety degrees in my house this afternoon. Not kidding in the slightest.

This sucksssssss. Damn hot weather!

I walked home with Varsha. We had to trudge along slowly because our faces were melting. And I was wearing my jacket. Oh, such a smart little thing I am.

Going outside was like stepping into a dryer. And then the dryer turns on and somebody manages to turn on a bunch of hair dryers and put them in the clothes dryer and shoves it all in an oven.

Right now I'm glad I'm not white.

No idea when I hit sixty. It's another little milestone though. :)

I'm going to go try melting in my room. Or maybe I'll sit in the freezer. Or just try to cram myself in there. That'd be nice. :/

I'm in Sane!
Thursday, May 15, 2008
If I ever have a town I'm going to name it Sane. :D

Sophia and I were discussing this last night.

Other "towns":

Quisitive
Cessant
Capable
Competent
Capacitated
Teresting

And I forget the rest.

It was (is) hot today. And they turned down... I mean up... the AC! I mean, they put it up to seventy six degrees.

Oh boo. >:(

The Physics room was nice. He had a fan (because the AC is broken) so there was air circulation and it didn't feel as hot. The other rooms were just kind of still air that was warming up. Except in French; she turned the AC way... up.. down... cold... in the hope that the cold would last longer.

Hungry. :/

I'll try to put more than just the video here
Tuesday, May 13, 2008

Sorry it automatically plays. There was no other option but I really wanted to post it here.

So, Alice will be back soon. That's good. I'm playing Scrabulous.. again.

This morning I woke up at 6:45 and thought it was 7:45 but a Wednesday so I closed my eyes then I realized I didn't remember Odd Block so I opened my eyes again and ran out of my room and asked my mom "is it Tuesday?" She said yes, so I yelped and ran back into my room, quickly got dressed, went out, cut myself a piece of nasty pudding-like banana bread, forced myself to eat it, brushed my teeth, grabbed my book, and headed out at my normal time.

Rest of the day was normal I think. Walked really close to Nameless at some point during the day. He doesn't smell nice. :( [I mean, he doesn't smell gross, but he doesn't smell extra awesome either]

We do not know what Zex means.

Varsha wants to play Cranium at school.

I'm eating pasta for dinner. Or I will be.

End of random, disjointed post.
