Nothing happened. Tons of people cut class. More white people than black people, actually. I was worried that someone would call me out for not having a belt, but I don't think anyone really cares about belts.

The best part was that the lunch room was practically empty, and the lines were awesome-ly short.

There was some graffiti in one of our bathrooms at school about a week ago. Basically, the person threatened the staff and...black people. There was also, apparently, a picture of the principal dead or something. The staff was supposed to die April 25, but nothing happened. Nobody even knew about it.

But the school called home this week to inform us that threats had been made for Friday, May the 2nd (tomorrow). Today a lot of black people had a miniature riot before third block. I thought it was kind of dumb. What are they supposed to be rallying against, going to school? If the principal had thought it was a serious threat, then he'd suspend school. But he doesn't. And with fair reason.

Regardless, many people, most of them black, will be cutting classes tomorrow.

Needless to say, I won't be. But if it I don't post tomorrow night, then I bid thee farewell, nuTang and all its residents.

I just created my class ring on Balfour.com. It was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be. Then again, I used the cheapest metal. (And I like it that way!) The next cheapest metal is $100 dollars more than what I'm getting. That's insane!

I'm pretty excited about it. It looks pretty Bossome.

I'm reading Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis, and I'm realizing how much he reminds me of ME! I swear, he talks the same way I do. He has the same ideas about things (and I form my own ideas, for the most part). He obsesses over the same subjects. Man, if only I could meet him...too bad he's dead.

Meh.
