I have been updating my amazon wish list all afternoon. Their site is awesome! I can shop at so may more store than I thought. I thought it would be just CDs, DVDs, and books but I just added some clothes, shoes, and a gift basket from Harry and David. Sweet!

No one is around tonight. I ended up getting a bunch done today but there was no one to talk to. Even Karen was gone and she is always here. At least folks from my old team were around so I went to Bento Box with them for lunch. Thanks for the invite Ali, lunch was great. I miss working with you guys!

I hate having to work out at the gym! Usually I play soccer on Tuesday aand Sunday nights but we are between seasons so there is no soccer until January. That means I have to find some way to convice myself to go to the gym two more times a week. It also means I have to run intervals to make up for the fact that I am not running around chasing after a soccer ball for 90 minutes. Yuck! :-P

We ended up with 11 people for Pre-Thanksgiving dinner. I took a bunch of pics, you can see them here. I love cooking a bunch of food for a bunch of hungry people. Doesn't that turkey look great? By the way - that is a new outfit that I bought for myself since I lost 10 pounds on my diet. I probably gained a bunch back tonight. :)

Tomorrow Mike and I are hosting a big Thanksgiving dinner for some of our friends. I think we are feeding about 13 people tomorrow. I love cooking for lots of people though. I will be making the turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, and green bean casterole. Hopefully our friends will come through with some side dishes and desserts. Not sure where everyone is going to sit but I'm sure we'll figure it out. Today has been a frenzy of cleaning. Fun!

OMG - I haven't felt this bad in a long time. I lost count of the number of times I threw up yesterday. The morning started off like every other morning. I got ready for work, had some Go Lean waffles, and was just about ready to walk out the door when my stomach started hurting. I went to the bathroom and let me tell you, it was not pretty. This happened two more times before I decided it wasn't a good idea to drive to work. I crawled back in bed and slept for a little while until my breakfast started giving me fits. My puking started around noon. (When I was supposed to be having lunch with Jim, sorry Jim.) I puked so many times after that, there wasn't anything left in my stomach. I couldn't even keep water down. At one point I had to go to the bathroom and puke at the same time. Very unpleasant!

This happened to me a while ago except I was on a plane to Chicago. Thanks again to Bettina who took care of me on that trip. All I remember is that I'm pretty sure I puked them out of barf bags on that flight. They had to wheel me off the plane in a wheel chair. We ran into one of the stewardesses in an elevator and she leaned over and asked if I was feeling any better. I looked up at her from the wheel chair grabbed a barf bag and threw up. The symptoms I had yesterday were the same but it was so much better being sick at home than flying on a plane. Anyway, I am feeling better today but my throat and chest are very soar from puking so much. YUCK!
