Yeah. I didn't just eat it with salt. I had a concoction that had to do with vinegar, pepper, and salt. Spooned a bit into the eggshell that I made into a cup and ate. Oddly, the ones I ate would never crunch, it was just very soft until you get to the think white part at the bottom. Cambodians called it "Pong Theer Kon" which translated it to "baby duck egg" also in which i never knew what it meant until i grew older. =( |
