HMMM Well I heard about a poor mexican dude that fell into a wood chipper.

"Poor" is ambiguous there. :P

You're hitchiking and a car pulls up. You get in, and suddenly the driver locks all the doors. You start to ask what's going on and realize that he has a gun pointed at your head. He ties you to the seat with some rope, binding your hands behind the back and tying your feet together so you can't move. Then he puts a rope around your neck and the headrest and secures your head to the seat.

When you're all trussed up and incapable of movement, he drives the car toward a cliff, jumps out, and leaves you to perish.

Die by writing your name in a death note? Well, I'm sure it could happen if death notes existed. Otherwise, I somehow doubt it.
