A freak CD/DVD throwing event accident. Why anyone would be throwing CDs or DVDs is beyond me, but if you don't have access to a frisbee or something like it...
Anywho, the disc flies into your throat and you bleed to death with the disc still stuck in your neck.

Being so fat that when you step on the bathroom scale it cracks, sending glass up to cut your stomach open. Then all your guts come out and you die.
