Child's Play was started in the year 2003 by Tycho and Gabe, the creators of Penny Arcade, and two of the most awesome people on this planet. Based in Seattle, Child's Play has donated over a million dollars in donations of toys, games, books and cash for sick kids in children's hospitals across Canada, the U.S, and other places around the world. It's an absolute no-profit organization, and 100% of the donations go straight to partner hospitals, to make life for a sick child slightly more awesome. Last year, over $600,000 was raised for Child's Play, and this time they're aiming to beat that goal. So go take a look, give a few bucks, watch your karma go up a few notches, and then feel consciously good that you made a sick child feel better. :3 [ Child's Play Site ]

Truly, if even 5 people here were to donate $5 to Child's Play, that would be $25. And you only need around $20 to buy an awesome game that could keep a kid's mind off his next operation, or keep him busy between some indefinitely. :O
