ALL the Teachers in the world, to commerate Teacher's Day, this entry is written just for you, Teachers.
*hugs...*
On behalf of anyone and everyone who is, or has, at one time, been a student, from th bottom of our heart, THANK YOU.
1) For having the patience to teach even the slowest and dumbest kids.
2) For putting up with the rudeness and nonsense behaviours of teenagers.
3) For leaving an impact in everyone's life, whether significant or not.
4) For juggling multiple roles, going all out to be even more than just a teacher to the students.
5) For being so good at juggling multiple roles, becoming the students' teacher, mentor, friend, sibling, parent, nurse, maid, and enemy.
6) For not giving up on us, even when the kid seem like the most hopeless kid on earth.
7) For showing us the light and guiding us through, even though sometimes we students are too lost in our time, we are beyond reach.
8) For adding colours to our lives, even though sometimes you may be the most irritating thing on earth.
9) For having the courage to face the daily workload, especially if you are faced with a rebellious kid.
10) For shaping us to be the way we are today.
And on behalf of All the students, sincerely, we are SORRY (although we choose to deny)
1) For the countless times we hurt you, although you did not show it.
2) For the countless times we made you cry because we rebelled against you.
3) For all the times we tested your patience just for the fun of it.
4) For all the times we conspired with each other to make lots of noise and do not want to hear what you say just to chase you out of the class and leave us alone.
5) For the times we were rude and talked back to you just to show to our friends that we are not afraid of you.
6) For all the times we disrespect you so much so that you feel like giving up on us.
7) For all the times we scared you by threatening to kill or hurt ourself just to show you how much stress you are giving us.
8) For all the times we skip class, especially your lesson, just because we do not like you or we just do not like your face.
9) For all the times we spite you just for the fun of it.
10) For all the times we made fun of you, gossip or talk bad about you.
Yes, I admit. And, I shall proudly say that I, am guilty of some, if not all of the things stated above. And... I am proud of it because by doing all that, I leave a mark in you, my dear teacher, and if ever one day, when we meet each other 10 years down the road, I just need to tell you the naughty things I did and you will remember who I am. Kekeke.
HAPPY TEACHERS DAY
*1st SEPTEMBER 2006* Regards, siti
How Will I ever Go through All These WIthout You by My Side?
Earn cash reading emails IN SINGAPORE. Click Here The most undervalued career of them all.... ...or at least of all the ones I can think of right now! Sometimes they're pretty good at ticking you off, but I guess I have to give them credit for wha they do. Teachers are seriously the key to the future in terms of education...and when they do their job right, it can really help a student (like me, maybe?) soar. I completely forgot it was teacher's day today...or, at least it has been for 2 minutes (it's 2 past midnight over here lol).

teachers.. hmm... by reading that, my dislike for teachers may have slightly risen... it would be hard to tell though, because the amount it could possibly rise is smaller than the margin of error for the same statistic... haha jk.
i agree though. teachers put up with a lot of crap from students, and they still show up nearly every day. especially high school teachers. a lot of college professors piss me off, because i feel like they're just projecting textbooks at their students, and thus, i find class unneccessary. *shrugs.*
nice entry.
cheers,
sank

I really don't think I could be a teacher. I appreciate what they do, though some of them... need to redisover why it is they're teaching.

Such a wonderful entry! They have infinite patience for us...
I am properly ashamed as I say this, but a few of my friends (in a differnt class than me)and they're classmates made a teacher leave. apparently, she retired...>.<
uh-oh, do i go to hell by association? o.0

Haha @thaitanic: I guess its natural for us to hate teachers at some point or rather to hate our teachers.
@jinaiah: Thanks...
@ikimashokie: I totally support that. Some of them are just teaching coz its the most secured job for the future.
@silver-dot-: Hahah. Early retirement? Hm...
