Hello again!
I go to lunch (I'm at work at the moment) in about 30 minutes and I am on a mission to finish up a little something something for Scott's Christmas presents during that time.

I had a dream last night that made me extremely happy but I don't see that dream becoming reality any time soon. Maybe some day.

I want to write about a couple of things but I don't want to spoil surprises and ruin opportunities and such because it all has to do with Scott and he has been recently becoming more active with the blogging, too. lol.

So on to new topics...It just started snowing and they are talking about a possible big snow fall over the weekend. I wouldn't mind enough snow to cover the ground that lasts for Christmas.....but I don't want a big snow storm. A) we don't have a shovel and B) I don't want to be driving around on icy/snowy roads on Christmas. We have a lot of places to go to.

I wouldn't mind getting snowed in once this year for a day maybe but that's about all I'm willing to put up with!!

Anyway.....Christmas is in almost a week!!!!

I actually feel like listening to Christmas music!!

I haven't been on here in FOREVER!!!

Things have gone from great to awful to depressing to stressful back to great again and now I'm sick. haha. But all in all, life is good!

Scott and I are preparing for Christmas--which is creeping up on us. I am very excited!!! I know he's going to love what I got him so far and aside from the gift I got my dad, I think everyone will love what we got them!! I'm just thinking I got my mother a pretty thoughtful gift and I got my dad an expensive electric razor set. =/ I don't want him to think that I love my mother more because I got her an engraved bracelet and he just got a razor. haha. In my defense, I was going to get him a really thoughtful birthday present in May....

In other news, My sister had her baby last Tuesday! His name is Jackson Levi. He smiled at me as soon as I held him! (though I am not sure that he realized what he was doing. lol) He looks a lot like his dad but when he makes certain facial expressions he looks JUST like my sister.

How is everyone else?!?!
Later today I plan on catching up on a few of your blogs because I don't know whats going on at all with the world of nutang. lol.

I've got a little under an hour of work to do and I have to wait for a quote to come back to me so in the meantime, I'm going to make a list.

Things that are bothering me:
1. My body. I really need to start being healthier. The rest of this week/the weekend are too packed up with stuff to do for me to go back to that long forgotten place called the Gym.

2.I bought a $5.00 scratch off today and got SOOOO freaking excited because I thought I won $1000 but really I had only won $10. Super Lame. And now I'm like.....addicted because I already want to go out and buy two more with the $10 that I won to see if I CAN win $1000. (or more!)

3.I get the feeling that my and my friend Ashley are drifting apart. like....every time I try to strike a conversation with her she's just really short with me. She went back to Arizona for a weekend to visit her fiance and I asked her how it was and she said "Good!" and any time I ask her something expecting her to go into detail she just...she's just short with me with every conversation we have. I'm going insane! we use to be so close! I don't even think I'll be in her wedding at all and we've been best friends since the 7th grade. She barely talks to me. =(

4.My job. I am very tired of all the drama involved in here anymore! Its literally not worth it to me! It gives me experience which is nice but I can't even get a second job because I get off at five and any second job I got would want me to start at five. That whole NASA thing doesn't seem to be working out because I haven't heard back from anyone. This leads me to my next thing which is....

5.Money. I need more of it. 'nough said.

6.My car window wont roll up. I have to keep it rolled up at all times for fear that one day I wont be able to shimmy it back into its proper spot and have rain going into my car or something. and I can't afford to get it fixed. Ugh. I need more money!!!!

7.the minutes until it reaches 5 o'clock are dragging! I just want to go home! =(

8. Scott is going to want to watch Heroes and while I love that show, I really just feel like doing something that doesn't involve watching TV. He can watch whatever else he wants but he only ever wants to watch the shows that I need to pay attention to! I'm sooo not use to watching TV endlessly! Its not that this is a big deal, but I feel like I anger him when I don't want to watch TV. We need a new Co-op video game to play. or...an activity to do outside. or more friends. haha.

Hello everyone!!!
My friday is dragging like crazy! Even though work was crazy yesterday, it seems to be particularly slow today.
Nothing particularly interesting has happened since my last post.

My sister, Ashley's, baby shower is starting to be planned. Her boyfriends name is Dave and to make things easier I just wanted to let you know so I could refer to his mother as "Dave's Mom", and not "My sisters boyfriends mom." haha.

Well anyway, basically all of Dave's family is going WAY overboard about this child!! They've already bought ALL of the furniture!! and Dave's mom stopped by yesterday to give us the invites she picked out herself and he games we're going to play and she's talking about the cake that's going to be made and everything...Wth?!?!? I mean, I know she's excited because this is her first grandbaby but CALM DOWN!!!! She's doing EVERYTHING!!!
Its pissing my mother and myself off quite a bit. while I'm glad that she is pitching in a lot she's just wayyyy to involved for her own good!! She's going to ruin the surprise for my sister because she can't keep her mouth shut.
Ugh. Its going to be a frustrating party to plan to say the least!

Oh, and I'm getting someone to look at my resume and he knows some guys that know some guys that could potentially get me a job at NASA!!!! How cool would THAT be?!?!?! I would just be a buyer but still!!! It would be amazing. I could go back to school to be an engineer of some sort. and while I'm not the fastest at processing math in my head, I did pretty awesome in math when I payed attention! I think there's a possibility to at least try. It would be sooooo sweet to go back to school!!! Even more sweet to make more money! I'm trying not to get my hopes up....but I kind of can't help it. I'll keep you posted.

Okay well that's all I can think to write about now. I could rant about my current job but lets save that for another time, shall we?

My birthday weekend was amazing!!!
My birthday was on Thursday and so after a hellish day at work, my family took us out to this crab place. The crabs weren't the best but I hadn't eaten crabs all summer!!! My sister kept offering to buy me drinks and everyone started to annoy me when they said I was drunk. I definitely was not drunk!
On Friday, Scott and I went Canoeing!!! It was as amazing as I had hoped it to be!!! We saw a Deer and it was less than 50ft away from us! We had the whole river to ourselves and it was just....awesome!!
Then on Saturday we went to Howl at the Moon. And while the beginning of Saturday was frustrating and sad for me, it worked out okay because more people showed up than just my ex and his current girlfriend. (my best friend and I had a bit of a spat and she was thinking about not even attending. But we made up like we always do). And Scott was there, too, of course!!
I had some of the tastiest shots of my life! mmmm!!!
Then on Sunday it was my mother's birthday and Scott and I got her a gift card to get a manicure and we also went out to dinner for her birthday too. delicious!!!
I spent Labor day inside my apartment not doing a whole heck of a lot. But it was relaxing!!!!

Funny story.... while canoeing, we had no place to go to the bathroom. So we pulled up to a spot where we could keep the boat and had a potty break. and for any girl who's ever had to squat in the middle of the woods to relieve themselves, you'll know how bothersome this is. Well as I was doing my business, I felt something on my foot and I looked down and a GIANT spider was trying to crawl up my leg!!!! It startled me and I jumped and ran and got away from it all while successfully not pissing all down my leg! Something I'll probably never be able to do twice! haha. Not that I ever want to!

But yes, My weekend was awesome and I'm getting back out of my depressed funk I was getting in! =)
