Holy shit, it's been forever, again! Lizzy will be 6 months old in 4 days, I can't believe it!! I don't know where the time went!! Things have been well for us, just busy since I work 5 nights a week. blah. My life sucks sometimes because I really miss my husband and my daughter while I'm at work :( oh well. Here's a few new pics of the princess!! Oh, and she started saying "mama" now :)

holy crapola...it's been so long since I've written in here...tons have happened, just get sidetracked by being a mom...anyway...Lizzy's now a little over 3 months (15 weeks today to be exact) where did the time go?? she's getting sooo big!! she's smiling, 'talking', cooing, and holding her head up great...hasnt mastered the big rollover yet, but she's getting there...I went back to work on July 16th..kinda sucks, but oh well...going on vacation in September to Cape Cod Mass, I can't wait for that...just been a busy, hectic 2 months since I've written...I figured I'd catch up a little now that Lizzy's content in her swing, and the load of laundry is almost finished, so I can't write too long...god kids go through a lot of clothes!! anyway, just letting you all know we're still alive and doing well!! :)

last night was a great night for Liz...compared to the night before! :) she had been up from 10 pm until about 1:40 am .....when I finally caved in and stuffed her in her carseat, grabbed the car keys and my jacket and took her for about a 20 minute drive...sure enough, it knocked her out :) last night she fell asleep about 10:30ish and woke up around 1:30......she did pretty good :) the only problem is she threw up this morning :( all over my hard rock cafe tshirt.....oh well....she's in her swing right now and she's acting like she's gonna wake up....probably hungry again.....yeah, she's awake...she's crying, so I guess I'll upload the pictures later :) just wanted to update that we're still alive and still doing a good job at this mothering thing :P

look at my pretty princess at her first real bath...her cord stump fell off so we were able to give her a real bath :) I'm able to update a bit cuz she's sleeping in her cradle swing right now......so I get a break but she's been waking up and falling back to sleep, so I doubt she'll be asleep much longer....but we're all doing good...she's up to 6lbs 4oz as of last wednesday at her pediatrician appointment......Jim and I got married on Tuesday (5/2)...and it's quite nice....still getting used to signing a different name after Christine....but it's getting easier....this mother hood thing is tiring, but it's not as bad as I thought...so far....Lizzy got a little sick this morning when I was changing her diaper...all of a sudden she spit up a lot...so I got freaked out....and cuddled her for about a half hour...then put her in the bassinett to get a shower...I threw a load of baby laundry in the washer and I gotta hang it up now, but I have to have someone carry it outside first...cuz I can't lift anything still....ahh, well....I'm living.....it's really hard though....I lifted her aquarium swing into the sunroom today, and I'm paying for it...it sucks...oh well...I'm gonna head out...and enjoy my relaxation time....here's a picture of my princess :)

ugh...man these sleepless nights are catching up to me..but they're not too bad....she's going through her one week old growth spurt, so she's nursing around the clock...kinda hurts after awhile....oh well..she's getting huge!! I can tell how much she's grown already....she's still so precious...she's sleeping now, so I'm taking a little advantage of it....Jim and I are going for our marriage license today, and we're getting married next wednesday...so I can't wait...we already have our wedding rings and I can't wait to wear mine...it's so pretty! just a gold band from Kay's jewelers, but it's still beautiful....my c-section incision is doing good..I'm feeling a lot better than I did last week at this time...we took miss liz out to dinner on monday night and then walked around walmart...she was such a good baby...everybody loved her....one person asked if it was a girl though...I was like, uhh, yeah...(and thinking to myself)...no I just have a very feminine son who likes to wear pink winnie the pooh clothes..that's all...lol.....oh well..people are stupid...but she's gonna go with us today too...then Jim and I are gonna do some grocery shopping and see our coworkers....show her off some more..hehe..I love showing her off..she's so precious to me...I just wish she'd sleep in her bassinet...but nope, she wants to sleep with mommy...I guess it's a newborn phase...but she likes to curl up on my chest or in my arms..I finally figured a way for us to both sleep comfortably....I can sleep on my side again, so that's a plus....it pulls a bit, so I have to have a pillow under my tummy to support my incision, since I still have the baby fat pooch to loose....but I've gone down a lot in my size...I do miss the preggie tummy...oh well...I gave her a bath all by myself yesterday...she looked so good after it....I washed her hair all nice, and it puffed out, just like mine does...so she definatly has my hair (besides the color)...I'll upload a few pictures of her recently...so enjoy :)
