Yvonne came over had dinner with us today...was kidda nice...milo almost cant recongize her and was gonna lunge at her lol stupid dog, but after awhile he's alright.

My mum and sis wanna watch the fireworks..go we decided to drive up to mt faber to catch it at 8, but halfway there my sis suddenly remembers it's at 9..so we turn back home.right after we alight, mum and dad went off to some building to find a great spot to see the fireworks later, my two sis running off to see my baby niece.
I came up alone when i heard...the fireworks..so it was really at 8.

I end up watching it alone.

I'll like to think my lucky star is taking a break today.

Woke up late this afternoon.So in a very typical pam's style, the first thing i did was to look for what to wear and hmm i saw this new top i bought on wed.::phew im saved:: Saw KJ on msn and she got free invites to zouk tonight::great!clubbing tonight::okay i think i need to take a cab this time, was trying to flag a cab while running down the stairs when i nearly trip but thank god my heels didnt die on me::i swear i saw the cab uncle grining when i board the cab::I'm like half an hour late for work when i reach tampinese mall, was taking out my wallet to pay the uncle when.....wait.fuck where's my wallet!???::maybe lucky star leaves her assitant with me cuz i found 15 bucks in my jeans pocket::Im only left with 3 bucks for the rest of the day, no dinner no zouk.aww! if you think thats not unlucky enough heh.....

So i didnt go zouk...hmm nvm came home watch some tv and eat.My mum bought us supper..Tiong Bahru Baos::Yey::Was down to the last one when my sis and i decided to split it half half.I volunteered to do the spliting lol::Trying to be smart alec, i place the bao neatly on my palm and prepared to cut it::lazy to wash the chaopping board::all went well..i was controlling the knife...and done! now we got two symmetrical bao! hahaha...wait...i saw blood...i think...oh no...::okay i cant blame it all on ms lucky star, cuz my own stupidity contribute too.
For all i know my sis was laughing like a madwoman for the rest of the night.

Met up with Ue on wed night, kind of a last get-together before she leaves for australia on sunday.Went beer drinking at holland then down to phuture which turn out to be a disappoinment.Its fucking packed,for a moment i felt like im in a rugby game, was jam packed and i gotta push my way around.*bleahz*

Something UE said to me that day has been lingering in me. I asked her whether she saw any changes in us this time she's back. She said no, don't think any of us have matured.(aww!)She feels that kj is still playful and im getting more unrealistic.(stunned).She said i've stop maturing since.

I was surprised but not shocked.Shes almost right, just i didnt realize it until she told me right in my face.Im turning into an esacapist.

What the defination of mature?

Girls lately mature too fast, they are thirsty for life, and never seems to look or think their age. For me i wanna escape from the claws of 'growing up', or should i say i choose not to face whats being dump unto me by our surroundings.I wanna be a kidult, eastern johnny depp.hahaha.I wanna laugh my life away.I love a laid back life, not having to think too much or anything too seriously.My mum never pressure me nor stress me about landing a high-paying job.She just hope i won't end up as a sales girl. lol.

I hate the rat race, the material life, pity the over-realistic ppl like they pity me, dislike having to make plans ahead or heh my life,hate having my achievements judge by my grades and income instead of the no. of great relationships i had with people around me, and the no of people ive helped and changed throughout my life.I hate those stupid aunties who ask my mum hows my grades but in fact is doing a metal comparison of their daughter with me.fuck does ur daughter love you as much as i love my mum? compare this u idiots! I dislike self-proclaimed mature guys who thinks they have gone thru half the century and is uninterested to hear what i have to say.I cant stand office with white lights,standing in a fully packed lift with white collar-shirts at 9am, or rushing for the train at 6pm.Hate not being able to spend quality time with my family because i need to be at some stupid meeting with people who might be thinking of having sex that night.

My entires are getting senseless lately.lol and more spelling errors.
I guess there are 3 types of people whom after read this will think:
1.wat a crappy blog
2.she's the immature one here trying to act 'substance'
3.heh.this type of people won't be readin this cuz they've long close the window half way thru reading.

Watched Exterme Makeover yesterday on tv. I don't know what i should think abt the show. It features two candidates who supposingly have their look changed completely in an effort to transform their lives and destinies, and to make their dreams come true.As much as i enjoy watching it, going awed-struck at the results of the makeover, i think it's extremely unhealthy too. So much more for self-help books that sprung up these few years, asking people to lurrrrvee themselves and coming in peace with themselves.This is wat u get at the end of the day. A hit tv series that over-turn everything that your mum, ur teachers, ur gurus,been telling you about the power of inner-beauty.

what extreme makeover is trying to put across:

Better looking ppl = Better life

That aside.Everyone digs this kind of 'Cinderella' story.From fairy tales to movies and dramas...now brought nearer into reality thru reality tv shows like extreme makeover.I think it takes form during early childhood.Every girl's fav fairy tale character is cinderella,and perhaps wish to have a cinderella story of their own one day? i do.lol then it takes form in cartoons...i've seen soooo many versions of cinderella story from Hello Kitty series to the weirdest Play Dough kind.Then movies, especially teenage flicks.The more well-known ones like Sabrina the one by Audrey Hepburn and the later version by Harrison Ford, Ever After by drew barrymore, all time teens fav, She's all that by freddie prince...and the one hitting cinema soon with Hilary Duff, A Cinderella Story.Geez i can come up with with at least 100 with the same plot.

I remember i had this conversation with my ex whereby i wanna catch My Bestfriend Wedding by julia roberts.Nice plot, great cast and tastefully shot.But hes so reluctant to watch it with me (hw nice) saying he doesn't watch romance movies cuz they don't exist in real life,thus only dillusion the girls and make them have dreamy and crazy ideals abt love, which indirectly causes stress to him.(siao -crazy in chinese). I shot back by saying, the more i should watch it cuz i cant find these kidda feeling in real life! or prehaps You! he was mute for awhile.
okay that brings me back to the Cinderella phenomenon. The reason why we all dig that is mainly due to wat i said to him that day,cuz we cant find it in reality thats why we craves them, in movies,dramas..or watever form.

I give up trying to be punctual.I seriously think lateness runs in my blood.
I woke up at 9am for my 12 noon class..thinking it takes me 1 hr to get prepared and another hour to travel, and i still got another hr to laze ard!Guess wat! It took me almost 45 mins to decide wat to wear.I hate to sound bimbo,i made a mental run-through of all the tops i wore on mon the past 4 weeks and i cant find anything to wear today! so i decided to be slightly adventurous, took out tops that are not under my 'favs' catergory and try to mix and match...but they end up getting dump back into the inner-most of my wardrobe.I end up wearing a plain t-shirt and jeans::pam you're hopeless::
Anyway it doesn't matter what i wear im feeling awlful the whole day due to a running nose.My eyes were watery, my hair in a mess,im makeup-less,my nose looks like jackie chan and i got mucus running down my nose the whole time.oh ya and the ugly plain top. absoutely unglam!
The only comforting thing is that even though i look in such a state,i know he doesn't mind at all,i think i can just blow my nose on his sleeves and he'll simply take off his top to wash rather than scream YIKES and UGHS at me.lol

Hopefully i'll feel better tml..got a looong day tml.
But first i must decide wat to wear.....

Just got back from SOS.Nearly had stomach cramp from the laughing in the cab.The cab uncle was damn funny, he called us xiao mei mei.lol and he thought our friend (this cool dude) was selling kentucky chicken!? anyway sos was alrite, the crowd was young...seriously i think im getting too old for R&B.The guys are like boys there! though i did meet a boy in sos last time and had a great time dating mr jang hyuk lookalike...but this kidda thing only happence once in ur lifetime...dont think i'll meet another young boy like him.oh well...

KJ is planning for breakfast tml....the chances of me having eating breakfast these days are like the chances of seeing shooting stars from ur HDB flat...but this girl seems quite hyped up abt the idea...

shit it's 4.12am and im still haven shower.i freaking stinks..my keyboard smells like cigrattes..
