I hate being a downer.


I hate the fact that my parents are constantly pointing out my imperfections and yet they can't really acknowledge my accomplishments.

They assume that by pointing it out, I will change. Wrong. It's just another way to batter my emotions.

I really try hard to be strong, but there's only so much a person can take.


I just hate that feeling that everyone is better than you me and that I can't match up to them in any way. But only I can be the judge of that right? What is supposed to be better? Someone smarter? Prettier? What is it?


I am my worst critic.
