i worked out and took my doctors advice. if you don't understand what im talking about. read the post i did the before this one.
i have this sweat band thingy and i put it on around my waist then after a half hour i took it off and omg i was soaking wet. heckkks yeah thats what i want.
actually.. i want a sweat suit.
i thought this picture was funny. haha
actually i think its more like this one.
im not talking about a sweater and sweat pants. this is something different.

Today i went to a new doctor to figure out if i had strep throat or tonsilitis. This time it was a new doctor and a new place. Everyone in there was korean, even their paitents kinda strange.. haha anyway so i get in and the nurse girl takes my height and when i moved she moved it too she said i was 5'2 1/2" i knw for a fact that im 5'3"
so im in this room that has like a little kid stool, toys, a little baby dangling thingy from the celing and chairs made for short people. yes, this room was a childs room. i have NO idea why i got the kids room!
Back to the point, the doctor comes in [a short korean woman]. ( Jon don't even say anything about me and koreans haha) So she starts asking me questions like,
" Whats wrong.?" [fob accent]
"my throat hurts"
"where does it hurt?" ( i point it out)
"Have you been coughing or running nose?"
"uh, no"
"do you have a boyfriend?"
i look at her confused and said no. ok this woman most likely thinks i got it from giving head. thank you lady
Then she tells me to turn side ways so she grabs my legs to turn me hahaha im thinking what the hell?! then she forces my shoulders down so i can lay down and she starts touching my stomach. it was like she was kneeding bread or rolling dough. it tickled too because she was POKING ME!! then she says with a straight face. "get up, you need to work out." hahahaha i was in shock! how rude!! all i could do was laugh and agree with her. im not even that fat. im an adverage sized girl! im sorry in not a skinny asian twig!
Then she tells me " you have irritaion in your throat, its from nasal dripping so you have no tosilvitis." yes, she said tosilvitis.
" do you cough, * i shake my head no* you know like HUUUUUGHH HUGHHHH *shes holding her throat and imitating me coughing* i tell her no again.
" ok im done here" turns and walks away, WHAT A BADASSS, MANNNNN!!!

This one boy is just so... DUMB. [not the matt guy]. I never knew that you can get heart broken twice. I just feel like theres a big knot in my throat. its so tight that it hurts to even swallow. It makes me sick to even look at him. when i look at his face all i think is how much i want to just punch it.
** that is obviously not me and thats not him.... seriously/

How far will you go to find the remote for your dvd player so that you can take english subtitles, off of an english speaking movie?! I spent a whole half hour to find the remote for the dvd player. and i ended in not finding it.
It just buggs me soooo much! i hate watching a movie with subtitles that are english when i speak english! i understand! me comprende! when ever there's subtitles i read them. why do i read them? i have no idea. That, is why i hate subtitles in english for an english speaking movie.
