Do movies have influence on people¡¯s lives? Even if it is fiction, it seems that the film I am currently using in my class seems to be strangely very similar to my experience. The film is an NHK tv drama ハケンの品格(Haken no Hinkaku). It is about the problems of the increasing numbers of part-time contract employees in companies and how their part-time salaries and work is affecting the regular employee¡¯s salary. The discussion of accountability and responisiblity of the company and how these part-time contracted employees cannot be held responible because they are only in the company for such a short period of time. The reason why most companies use these part-time employees is mainly because they are cost effective.

I just added over 50 new vegetables to Cantonese at The Iroha Project. Come one come all to learn Cantonese or the Guangdong dialect. Cantonese is far more intersting than Mandarin which is just plain flat like English.

I just began to realize a good way to increase traffic by re-directing the main index page hosted on Project H2O and change it from time to time. This is so that the less visited/newer sites can benefit from an increase in visitors. I have noticed that the Himeshima, Oita
http://www.projecth2o.org/himeshimapages are the ones getting the majority of the half million hits since thier beginning.
On the road to my main goal of 1 million by mid 2008!

What ever happened to YouTube? It looks as though that since Google bought it out YouTube is now permanently banned in China. Can anyone confirm this? All you need to do is tell me if you can see my post "Da Xiao Ren" . Well so much for that but the good news is that I found something better than YouTube SourceForge.net's open source database of all the programmes one could ever dream of and all for free and 100% customizable. I now have streaming video and audio on my main website without all of YouTube's/Google's ads. I am starting to get annoyed with Gmail which kicks me offline quite often recently right in a middle of an email and before it gets saved.
