The police has searched everywhere in town and have yet to find him. He didn't really have many friends here. The ones he had don't know where he is.

I still have been trying to call him, but getting no answer. I even tried emailing him, but nothing. Eric is smart. If this is something he had been planning for a while, he would have known they would check his computer first. That might be the reason why he took it with him.

You know when someone is like murdered or disappears you start asking yourself the "what if" questions. You know what if I did this, what if I did that. Would it had made any difference. The police think that he may indeed have been planning this months in advance. Of course, based on my experience with them, I take whatever they say with a grain of salt. I can understand him not telling me, but I had the right to know.

I start summer school tomorrow. I don't know how I'm going to concentrate with all this going on.

Eric is gone! I mean really gone. He packed his stuff up and left. No one knows where he went.

I tried calling him, but it went straight to voicemail. I tried texting him and didn't get a response. I don't know where the hell he is.

His mom went to wake him up this morning and the window was open and he was gone. Everyone is so worried, including me. The police keep asking me questions about where he could have gone, but I don't know anything. I haven't really talked to him much in the last few days. He took his laptop with him. So, no one can track his online activity.

I was hoping maybe he would come see me or call or something. He hasn't done anything. Oh God. I hope he is okay. Please let him be okay.

I decided to take the job at Jo's. I figure if I loose the job again then so be it. He knows what he is getting into. Although surprisingly, nothing happened at the salon while I was there. Maybe nothing will happen at Jo's either. I don't know.

As for the title of this post, I've always thought that our house may be haunted. I have heard strange noises late at nite like footsteps and banging. It could have been either my parents or my brother. So, I didn't anything about it.

However, tonight, I'm not sure. My parents went to some business dinner thing and my brother went to his friends. I had the house all to myself. I was downstairs in the entertainment room, watching Taxi when I started hearing footsteps above me. At first, I thought someone may have come home early and I went upstairs to investigate. From what I could see, no one was in the house except me. All the doors were locked and the alarm was on.

I don't know what was going on. I kept hearing footsteps off and on throughout the night. It definitely scared the shit out of me. I tried calling Eric to see if he wanted to come over, but couldn't get a hold of him. Since my car is in the shop, I pretty much had to tough it out and pray. I guarantee you one thing. My cell phone and a flashlight were in my hands at all times.

Since y'all asked, I did report it to the police, but as usual, they were useless. Said there wasn't any evidence to prove anything. Just a waste of time.

Wednesday is my last day of working at the hair salon. Usually I would be bummed by this but I talked to Jo, you know the guy that gave me my first job. He wants to hire me back. I want to be excited about this but after what happened last time, I'm not sure if I want to go back. I told him the situation really hasn't changed since before. He claims that he doesn't care and that he's not going to let these stupid teenagers bully him around.

I don't know if I want to believe him and take the chance or if I'm better off just looking some place else.

Someone asked what the purpose of me wanting to graduate early. What happened today is a prime example as to why I want out of this town as soon as possible. I received a package today.

I know the mail doesn't run on Sundays. So, obviously, someone left it on our doorstep. There wasn't any return address...surprise, surprise. I was afraid to open it because it could be a bomb or something. I didn't want to take any chances.

Of course, my brother being the ass that he is, called me a wimp and started ripping it open. Thankfully, it wasn't a bomb, but some poor animal lost a heart because of someone else's stupidity. I'm pretty sure Josh had something to do with it. He's pretty much the only one that wants to terrorize me right now. I don't know what's wrong with these people.

I hope y'all enjoyed the game yesterday. I didn't really feel like writing up a post. So, I decided to add something fun to do. I know I thoroughly enjoyed frying Harold a couple of times.

I had a long talk with my guidance counselor yesterday. How it was broken down for me is if next year I take on a full course load, we're talking mostly essential courses and no electives, I would only need like three classes, English 4, Calculus and Chemistry, in order to graduate. These classes are usually only offered to Seniors. So, if I take English 3 and Pre-Calculus in addition to Government/Economics, I can take the three classes I need my junior year and graduate early with the Seniors. Sounds a bit confusing doesn't it?

Basically, this is how my schedule will look like next year if everything goes according to plan: English 4, Calculus, Chemistry, Spanish 2, Art, Sociology/Speech, BCIS and maybe library aid or something. I believe if I pass the three classes during the summer, I should only need seven classes to graduate. Not sure about all that. Will have to wait and see.

Summer school doesn't start until June 11th. So, I get at least one week of summer fun. That's better than nothing.
