Dear everybody,
I realized I've been gone from here for almost a month. And what a month it's been! I did activism in D.C. resulting in my 24th & 25th arrest (by the way I've only been to jail for civil disobedience. nothing bad). During the same trip, I also bruised my knee very badly and was in bed for an entire week mostly. Lastly, I attended our community's local Pride parade where I made $80.00. I didn't realize it had been so long since I've been here until I logged on today for some reason and found that my last post was on 4/19.

In other news, my knee is on the mend. Thank God! And my cat is missing. I think he jumped out the window when the apartment owners installed new ones today. At first, I thought he was just hiding somewhere, but I haven't seen him in hours. I hope he's fine. I'm worried. He's never been outside at night before and it'll be dark in about an hour. Wish me luck in finding him.

I have been so busy, I have forgotten to post here. In my absence, I've made 20 cents. Go figure! I've been writing a lot. I'm involved in the poem a day contest. I woke up near 11 AM again. I got to bed at 4 AM, after playing Scrabble all night. Today, I mailed 5 letters. Brought a money order for my electric bill; I'm happily paying $5 extra. I brought my friends an adoption present. They just adopted a 13-year-old. I got them a Blockbuster card, figured they could use it on those lovely mom, or there case, moms, and daughter movie nights. I had great fun at those when I was a kid. When I was a teen, it was one of the few times my mom and I could talk and not fight.

I opted bot to move to Northampton, because to use the bathroom people needed to walk through my bedroom. Yikes! If anything was to happen in a romantic way in my life (which I'm routing for) what are my assistants supposed to do. Hold it until I'm done, however long that meet be or walk through the room with eyes closed. I hire pretty liberal people who are supportive of my sensual liberation, but I think both they and I would be traumatized by that experience.

But the Universe is on my side. Today, I found out that there is a one bedroom, wheelchair accessible apartment in Somerville (near Boston). I found out from this girl who is going to be my neighbor and is a cute, gimp girl artist. What a neat neighbor to have and to live in a big city. I guess things work out the way they are supposed to.

I finished one speech. I packed nothing because I'm afraid that I'll take down all my decorations and then not end up moving which would just depress me greatly. I have to clear up a misunderstanding with a friend on facebook. I was kidding and he misunderstood so did everyone else who read his profile. I answered a few questions on mylot. Overall, it was a pretty productive day even though my voice is still not back to par. I can still dictate and do what I need to do. However, I think I won't talk to people much outside of dictation today.

8:32 PM, East coast and I'm sitting in the dark. Honoring mother Earth. It's Earth Hour. 8:30 to 9:30, no lights and in my case no TV, although they said blogging was acceptable and encouraged it. So that's why I'm blogging away in the dark.

Called apartment places today. No luck. Everybody wants $1,000 plus! Wrote a story for the Story a month competition about this whole situation. Will call more places Monday. Hoping for the best.

Very glad in my PCA is here and hoping my phone doesn't ring. It would probably freak me out. I don't much like the dark. Fifteen minutes have elapsed as they say in Iron Chef.
