The title sums it up. We have this 14 year old german sheppard who is on her last legs. She has no control of her bowels, but nobody wants to put her down to end her suffering, except me. So of course, I wake up this morning to a hallway filled with dogshit. mmmm nothing like the smell of crap to invigorate your senses first thing in the morning. One of these days I'm going to scoop it up and put it under the husband's pillow. Then maybe he'll remember to put her in her crate before he leaves. Gawd.
Mondays are known as laundry day around here. Liz and I don our ugliest clothes and do the typical 50's housewife style. It's quite fun to see what creative outfits we can come up with. Even though she's 2, she lovesss to do laundry with me, even brings her stool to the washer so she can hop up and put clothes in. I'm sure it will only last a year or so until the novelty of weekly washings gets mundane and old.
I also got hell from the inlaws for cutting her hair. My Mother in law TOTALLY over reacted and cried real tears. Um, crazy much? It's our daughter, we can cut her hair if we damn well please.
But I assume I should peel my ass off this computer chair before it conforms to the seat.
