People are... interesting. Just went walking around the neighborhood for an hour trying to sell coupons and get donations for lax. I think 4 people rejected me and the rest welcomed me with either a slight grin on their face or a walk thru their front door. I got to talk to a woman who had just come back from swimming at the club, a woman who just lost her husband and her income, a guy who likes distance running, and a Hershey High graduate with two kids. When looking for money, go to senior ciitizens, two parent households with kids. Stay clear from women who walk in packs, single out of college people, and snotty girls who claim that "this month has just been bad". Old men are the best to ask for money, esp when u smile and they smile back with only a few white teeth left. (and u think I am kidding, but I am sooo not)... so I learned a lot from that walk. *sigh* now I am grossly hot.

The rain is heard pouring, spattering, flooding and enveloping the world outside the window. Not glancing out, sit alone just listening. Why ruin something so peaceful and rhymic with the reality and sight of something so destructive? You know that it is there, u can hear it, why does one need to SEE it? Sure it nourishes life, feeds the bays and revives spirits but when something so perfect is served in too large amounts it can cause the downfall of even the sturdiest of structures. Hearing the rain release itself, u too can release yourself into the ground, letting go of any worries, pain, or confusion. Harder, harder the rain crashes against the dirt, the window panes, the roof shingles and harder it is to let go. Rain is limitless, it does not stop just for the sake of stopping. It only discontinues its trecherous fall when there is nothing left. Do not give up until there is nothing left. Then the calm sky returns. There is always a rainbow after a rain shower. U may not always see it, but it is there, u just need to follow the signs and know where to look.

"ketchup day.. or catch up" hehe. Ok, so yest we had a game at the Palmyra stadium. I was supossed to leave my house at 4:45pm with Linds, I layed down for a nap and didn't wake up till 4:53! I was freakin out! Luckily Linds was late too. Get to the school, get water and get to the stadium. 10 min into playing it starts lightening... 20 min delay... 5 min playing... lightening again so game gets canceled. Off to Court's to change. "Here I'll move this stuff out of the back seat." "No, Tom it's ok... no really, it's OK... no look I'm sitting down, I'm buckeling my seatbelt, I'm FINE!" Went to Nexus Art's night that was moved inside bc of the weather. Went down to the track and I tried to jump a hurdle. Those things are freakin high! I gave up and did jumps on my own that I haven't done for 14 months. Walked to Court's Aunt's house a bit away and got to sit on the porch listening to Cosmo read a book. Then David A called and we made him come pick us up. Got back to the school. Went into band room while Ska band practiced, talked for a while with David White about school and such which was cool since we haven't talked in a whiiiiile. Then David A started playing the guitar and showed me the songs he taught himself. I pretended to play the piano. haha. Visited the many talented artists and then finished that part of the night off listening to Ska band and "skankin" (it's not what u think). Then made a record time of 8 min to put the cafeteria back to how it was. Got to wear Chris's cool University of George Washington hat backwards... n then we departed off to Court's for "the last samari" "I'll race u to the car... go!... shoot I actually have to run!" hahah, I alllmost beat David A to the car. We watched 1/2 of the movie and then it was 12am and I had to wake up at 6am to catch the bus for the lax tournament, so teh girls made everyone depart so we could get our beauty sleep. Tournament.... let's just say it was nice to finish early, JV was in a 3 way tie for the semi finals but our goals were less so we got to go home. Stuck in majjjor traffic and a police car, ambulance n firetruck squeezed past. Went up an "off" ramp exit and got home in a jiffy. Swam with Marcel, Bella and Cosmo. Tanned to try and get rid of these crazy tan lines. Went out to dinner with my mom, and now we are going to watch a movie. Side note- My entire trapezious started spazzing and is pinching a nerve in my neck, after the first 10 min of the first game so I couldn't move my neck at alllllll or use my left arm very much! I was so dissapointed, so I sat out for a game which we lost and then made myself go back in for the 3rd which we won. I thought the water might help, but I am still sitting here in perty terrible pain and I can't do anything about it. My mom is called some message therapy dude sometime soon cuz this is ridiculous!
