Friday. 6.4.04 5:38pm Finals- 4 down, 3 to go.Tailgating party, Li n I went for chinese food first. Waving goodbye to Court and Tom as they head off without me to Pittsburg. Going to see Harry Potter sometime with my mom. Hug my pops goodbye as he goes to his cw re enactment thing. Started to write out a ka zillion graduation cards/gifts.
Then around 3:30 Li and I left for the bike path. Crossed Middletown rd, onto Wood rd, onto Bike path (after crawling under a guard rail and thru overgrown grass), biked all the way to Cocoa Plex (it's actually not that bad as I thought) then doubled back to the Ice Cream Corner (soft serve twist) then took the back roads thru stoney run, waltonville, finally hitting stoverdale, Deer Run traffic light... *breath* we're home by 5:30pm. I'm thinking we did at LEAST 10 miles maybe more, today. Now I know that I can easily ride my bike to anyone's house (including courtney!), Giant, Harbour, School... it's freakin awesome!
Work tomorrow at 9:30am then learn to parrallel park.

Court came over for a bit so I could help her study for psych n we ended up talking on my very comfortable bed (tends to be the location of deep conversations) about tons of stuff. Before we both fell asleep she left and I went to eat dinner with my rents who decided to get all excited about college (since we got a brochuer with bed/shower stuff offered by SRU). This weekend I work both days at 9:30am, have a grad party to go to for Michelle and Eva, and then prolly spend some quality time with the mamadukes since my dad will be away. hehe. Thursday. 6.3.04 1:26 pm Finals were pretty darn good this morning. *whew* 2 down, 5 to go. everyone has the sniffles from either alergies or this new cold going around. the senior class was having a tailgating party outside after finals but a few of us went n got our own food and then sat on the bleachers at Shank Park instead. The weather is gorgeous n before I ate I wanted to go for a run, but now I just feel really tired. blah. So maybe a nap is called for and then I can do my entire journalism final after. hmmmm. *sigh*

- switchfoot Comment! (0) | Recommend! Wednesday. 6.2.04 6:30 pm Hershey Park day was MORE than a success! It was a freakin blast! Spent the day with 11 of the coolest ppl... court, chris, laine, david a, lorna, diana, lauren, eva, erin, katie, and some others that popped in now and then. Whew, so first, everyone knew that I am NOT a fan of rollercoasters... to make a long story short, under peer pressure n my love for my friends I got over my fear of that horrid dropping feeling and went on not only one but TWO rollerocasters, including the new Storm Racer one that goes from 0-72mph in 2 sec, has a 90 deg drop and all these major loops/turns/drops. I also went on the Big Bear where ur feet are hanging and u do pretty much the same crazy outlandish stuff as the first one but to a lesser speed and degree. It was crazzzzy! I just closed my eyes and kept talking to myself the whole time...."oh shit oh shit.. it's all good, it's all good... i'm gonna kill u for making me go on this when we get off!" goooood times. I guess it was that whole, "having to overcome some aweful fear that makes u all closer" that makes me look back on the experience as positive... I also feel very proud of myself. So after the rollercoasters we go to the water rides... and to say the least get SOAKED! SO since we were wet up the wazzooo from that one, why not go on another water ride? *wait in line for 40 min* and after wanting to chicken out 8 times, "can we have a revote to stay or not?" we got soaked againnnn. "guys, my face hurts from smiling!"- me. We then rode the train that brought us around the park to see unpolitically correct Indians with guns!, and a snake that squirted water. "Bobby! U were driving OUR train?!" Then rode the Monorail around the park and town which was another relaxing venture. Finally it was 3pm and we decided to head over to Choc World, but first we got a funnel cake, (bc I had never had one) and we tried to get the walking band to play happy bday to David White even tho it wasn't his bday. Walked to CHoc World, participated in the "factory worker's" room but I screwed it up so yea... then rode the famous factory ride just to get the free choc bar at the end. Decided to go chill in Chris's hot tub instead of studying for finals. Katie and Court cleaned his kitchen, "u know that it is dirty when... " I made myself a lil camp outside with my chicken and broccoli, new fleece lax blanket from the coaches, psych notes and camera. As everyone's heads started to nod off, some of us departed. "chris have u ever palyed in that lil house next door?"- katie "no... what's it for?"-chris "it's for kids who have been bad and so their parents lock them in there." -me.
