Happy Valentine's Day! <3

My V-day wasn't much fun. Just a normal school day in the middle of a snow/rain/sleet storm. No guy with candy, flowers, and balloons revealing his suffering in pining for me.


**five minutes later**

Someone just rung the doorbell. A lady ringing once, twice, a soft "Hello?", ring three-four, walk away and into the elevator. I called my ma right after that.

*sigh* Tonight's not gonna be very nice. I'm all slumpy-down now just thinking about it. She's gonna come home in a bad mood cuz she doesn't know who the ringer was and what she, the ringer, wanted. She's gonna the think the worst of things and explode several times during the night. Gonna be a bad night for me. Caution: Creep quietly and gently across the minefield. Which is quite impossible for I have quite big feet. And I'm the devil, apparently. I wish I was cuz then I could...No, I will not tell you my brutal fantasy for fear of...ah, forget it.

Ah, well. Good night all. Wish me luck!

It tasted really good! By-the-way: it's not shrimp 'n noodles with raspberry sauce, it is shrimpnoodles with raspberry sauce, lack of spacebar intended. Otherwise, it wouldn't be as good--seafood and sweets don't come together very well. Some cases, yes, this one, no.

I have a question to ask all of you: did anyone else watch that video I put up? Anyone besides dear, dear Katrina? It looks a little...in the beginning, but let me tell you, it is very funny. Especially the very end. Hoo, that was funny. *wipes a tear*

Oh, and this layout is up for this week only. Then, the Finesse layout will come back up. ^-^ Okay, I've got nothing else to talk about.

Ah...I just made a yummy little dish for dinner tonight. Shrimp noodles--not the ramen kind with the powder packet of shrimp flavoring--made with flour and real shrimp. ;) On top is a simple raspberry sauce, reduced and poured right over. Around the dish are fresh raspberries and clementine placed alternately for decoration. Wish I had a pic for you! =3 I don't really know if it's yummy. I plopped it down, ran to my lappie to type this. Gonna go try it out now~! *starry eyes*

I just saw a little clip of "Stargate: Atlantis" before I turned off the T.V.

"Why don't you like her?"
"She just has a way of getting under my skin." A glance to his left, then shoots a look at his commander. "Literally."

Doesn't literally have the definition of in the literal or strict sense/actually; without exaggeration or inaccuracy? What happened to using words the way they were meant to be? When did we start throwing words around without any respect to the people who made them up and stuck them in early dictionaries? And you know "literally" isn't the only word being misused nowadays. I can't think of any other ones at the moment, but I know there are trunkloads of 'em.

Just a thought.
