Whoops. I did forget about Nutang. My bad. It's been like what? An entire year. My bad you guys. Probably no one even visits my blog anymore. It's okay. I'll work on it. So many things have happened since the last time that I blogged. I survived my senior year of high school, got a new boyfriend, really stopped obsessing that much about my weight, got a new car, new laptop, went to Hong Kong, and had so many more first experiences. I'll try not to make this blog too long and then not post again for a year or two. Lol.

Let's talk about senior year first. I don't even know where to being though. I am a lot less shy though. Had alcohol with my friends for the first time (but not the first time having alcohol). I joined the Interact club even though I've never really been in a club before, which is kind of stupid, I know. I really like volunteer work so I'm glad that I did. I passed both my AP Calc BC and AP Stats exam, which is really good because I didn't have too much confidence. I studied a lot with my boyfriend though, which helped me a lot. More about the boyfriend later. Senior prom was okay. Kind of disappointing. We had it at the San Francisco Galleria. They didn't turn the lights off until the very end and at first, they didn't even have enough room to dance. They had to move the tables later on. And there was nothing to do for the people that didn't want to dance. Last year, we had it at the Oakland Space Center and there were exhibits and a light show that was pretty cool. Went to senior picnic at Water World, Senior banquet. Graduation was crazy and really unreal. I couldn't believe that I was graduating. I remember my middle school graduation and it seemed like only a little while ago. Crazy how time flies, really. Grad Night was pretty cool. We had it at Club Sport and there were activities like rock climbing, ice skating, and a sort of human foosball which is pretty interesting to watch. Haha.

Boyfriend: We started going out in March and this Friday will be our 5th month. We're going to be in school for our 6th month so we want to make this one big. We hang out with the same group of friends so we see each other a lot. I met him at the end of Junior year but didn't really get to know him until the second semester of senior year. We had 4 of the same classes but 5 of the same subjects so we saw each other most of the day. Plus his house is where most of us go to hang out after school or on weekends so that's even more time together. Umm... I don't know what else to say. He's chinese like me but he can't speak it. He's taller than me. Umm... Smarter I guess but it depends on which subject. Haha. He wants to major in civil engineering but got in for computer engineering. We're going to the same college. We somehow ended up getting the same living area even thought our choices were different. One of his best friends' girlfriend is my best friend. His other bestfriend's girlfriend is one of my good friends. That's pretty long so I'll end there.

College: First day of instruction starts on September 24th but I move in on the 20th. I live in a suite with 4 other people which is pretty nice because they are the only people that I have to share a bathroom with. There's one shower and one bath. The rooms on the website look bigger than the other living areas. It's the only area off campus, which I didn't want at first but it doesn't seem that bad now. We are the only area that has their own pool (we have two!) and spa.

I guess I'll talk about more stuff later.
Topics to talk about next time: Hong Kong Trip, this summer, wisdom teeth removal :(, 18th birthday party (hecka better than last year!).
Random things to mention: we have a wiifit now, which now one has played for a long time. we also have wii sports resort. I'm webcaming with my boyfriend right now and my toes are cold.

I'm flying to San Diego today with my parents and won't be back until the 24th (school starts the 25th for me). My relatives from HK, my uncle + his wife + 2 sons, and my brother already drove there so we're going to be meeting up with them. I'm not really sure what are plans are, but we're supposed to be going to Las Vegas and Arizona later on.

Yesturday, my mom and I went to the movies to see The Dark Knight. It was an awesome movie. You should go see it if you haven't.

So that's all for now. I'll try to update while on my trip, but I won't be bringing my laptop. Plus, I'm horrible at my promises anyways. Lol.

August 4th (tomorrow or 8 minutes from right now) is my birthday! I'll be turning 17! But ewww.... I feel heck of old. But I guess I don't feel as old as I did for my 16th. Since my birthday is on a Monday, we decided to celebrate it today. We went to the indoor waterpark in Newark with one of my uncles and his family. Then we went home to eat ice cream cake and went to Koi Garden for dinner at 6pm.

I have no plans so far for the actual date of my birthday. I wanted to go get a pedicure but my cousin wouldn't have anything to do. I guess she could stay home and play the Wii or WiiFit*, but she's supposed to be here on vacation so that wouldn't be very fun. We actually have no plans until Thursday, when my aunt (not my cousin's mom) arrives from Hong Kong. We're planning on going to Japantown so that we can take sticky pics. Then the next day, my aunt, cousin, and brother are going with my uncle (the one we went to the waterpark with) and driving down to San Diego. My parents and I are going to be flying there two days later so that they can go to Legoland and other things that I'd rather not do. We're also going to LA and I think they're going to Arizona, although I'm not positive. We're staying until the 24th, which is the day right before school starts. Uh, but oh well.

*My dad still hasn't been able to buy a WiiFit. A friend of his let him borrow it so we'll have it for a few more days.

We went to pick our cousin this morning, but she was wearing her glasses and I could barely recognize her. She looks less different when she has her glasses off, but overall, she looks quite a bit different. We didn't really do much the rest of the day and we were both complaining on how bored we were. Lol. But before she went to sleep, she gave us presents. Yay! Well, most of the stuff my mom asked my aunt to buy, because stuff here in the US compared to HK is not as cute. I got two shirts, one dress, and a pair of pajamas. Everything is way too big. One of the shirts reminds me of the women in Africa that you see on tv because the shoulder part is just way too loose. But anyways, I have two favorite presents: (click to enlarge)


I also have a hello kitty band-aid on that you can see in one of the photos.

And I also finally made a new layout for this blog! It features one of the puppies named Pichu. All four have been sold already, the last two were sold today. The blankets that are surrounding him are the blankets on my bed. I have a total of 5 blankets as of now. 1 thick-ish, 1 medium, and 3 really thin. I still get cold somethings, though.
