I keep thinking if she does what she does to purposely annoy us (which would be okay, because it's a free country), to get back at us, or because she believes she's blameless, guiltless AND faultless. Is it possible to be absolutely dense that you take no action when you see that everyone's against you? REALLY.

I'm trying to be fair. The last thing I did, I felt as guilty as hell. But what is getting me through this is that I will not sacrifice team morale to make her feel good. Speciafically because she's making us feel terrible. We built up this community and we go out of our way to make everyone feel comfortable. Especially the new ones. We had no problems before she came and began acting the way she did. What's's even more embarassing is that I was the one who let her submit her resume.

We're not ganging up on her. Seriously. But when push comes to shove, I'll be shoving her all the way off a cliff. I worked too hard, too long for her to destroy everything.

I love NuTANG. I'm dropping another account to move here. Seriously. This is just so...suited to what I want. Plus, Meryl said that people here are cool, so that was the selling point.
