Once again, i have surprised myself, by being able to catch only a few hrs of slp and still be able to work tiredlessly throught out the day. after last nite's fun, i slept all but 4 hrs before i woke up and left for work. alrite, four hrs of slp would seem enuf for those out there who are used to it, but nt for me, who needs at least 8 hrs a day to be fully recharged, esp more so after i thon' half the nite away ytd.

Anyway, today being christmas day itself, i din really expect to be busy at all, since everyone's shopping is ald done~those bai lian jiao one would be busy celebrating and revelling in the joy of the festive season, while others either would nua at home or be working still~like me, for instance.

Thus, my colleagues and me really expected a thoroughly boring day, and were prepared to stone the day away. Well, well, who was to noe tt today turned out veri much out of expectations~why, i sold 3 pairs of shoes shortly after opening, and it was even before lunch time! Ppl came and went, and bot alot~we ended the day with a total taking of 6k odd, when we only expected 2.5k.

And another thing is, today was quite damn strange, as in, i actually met nt one, nt two, but six of my sch mates from cat high! and 3 of them were of the same class, altho nt my former one. first of all, early in the afternn, there was andrew tan, formerly of 4-6 in cat high, my class. next, an hr before closing, wee fong, my old ncc mate waltzed in, and i chatted with him for awhile..damn~time really flies, i still rmbr pretty vividly the last time i saw wee fong during our ncc gathering on 31 december 03. back then, we were talking cock, playing pool, cs on our last official gathering, before everyone in our batch more or less went our separate ways, and zhuan yan jian~a chinese saying literally meaning 'in the blink of an eye', here i was, on my last semester in poly, and wee fong ald graduated and getting ready for enlistment to ns.

the rest of the ppl i saw is hardly worth mentioning, since i hardly knew them back in cat high, and when they came in bout 15 mins after wee fong left, they din even recognise me, altho i did recognise them.

haiz, time really does fly, altho stimes i do wish tt it can stop, so tt we may all slow down and savour those moments that are worth savouring. but however fast or slow, the passing of time is still a matter beyond our control, nv was, nv will be. thus, quoting gandalf from lotr, i'll juz say this, "All we have to decide, is what to do with the time that is given to us." `such that we may spend it wisely or foolishly or in any manner by our own discretion.

First of all, Merry Christmas everyone! Whoosh!! Juz came back from chang hong's hse which we went to after dinner and another fren's hse.

Rite, this christmas eve, i spent it veri differently from previous years. And i dare say its the best one i had in years. Altho it was nth spectacular, i still found it to be great, probably becoz i was in the company of good frens.

Ok, i met up with ken, alvin, wilson, chang hong, and ken's fren sky for dinner at a kopitiam in jurong west last evening. The food was damn great! nt to mention economical too! For 8 per pax, we had zhi cha with seven dishes and several helpings of rice. Lots of fun and laughter all througout the meal, and after tt, we went up to sky's hse for games and chat. left there ard 11 for chang hong's new hse which his family had yet moved into, and tt means we had the whole place to ourselves! haha..we play cards and talk cock sing song there until 3 am, when i had to leave, since i'm working later today. Wilson drove me back, haha, thx dude! come yishun for supper next time ya!

Actually, i would have wanted to stay all the way until morning if nt for the fact tt i'm working later today, but then, come to think of it, its also one of the few times when my veri strict and stubborn parents actually trust me to stay out late w/o calling and di siao-ing me, so i of coz muz give them some mian zhi and come hm earlier wad..haha.

and strangely now, i still feel quite high, dun feel sleepy at all, think the tiredness will kick in when i go to work later, but wad the heck, at least i thoroughly enjoyed myself last nite~its really the best time i had in a long time, with my good frens and all! really, the feeling is quite indescribable, only those who were actually there are able to totally feel it, so there, i'll juz end it here. gotta go force myself to slp, otherwise later no energy to work liao.

this is weird. i find myself jumping between listening to manson and to classical music from one minute to the next. damn, how can i be doing that at all? i mean, its totally different stuff. so how can i be listening to manson and appreciating classical music by the likes of beethoven and pachabel at the same time? someone enlighten me.

Tmd, this is ridiculous lor..everywhere i go, i get suan siaoed like mad. in sch, its like tt, at the work place, also lidat..wtf?

okok, in sch, i dun mind, coz im quite immune to it after 2 and a half years of it liao, and anyway, i noe tt my frens dun have ill intentions..but at the work place, maybe nt..at least tt is the case with tt malicious fucker adrian..really, i quite tulan with him liao..he always start some crap to suan siao me, den like to give me tt kind of funny look when i do stuff wrongly..maybe im being paranoid la, wadever.. but i juz want to know why? really, tt i get suaned and ridiculed everywhere.

ok, to put it positively, at the workplace, when i get suaned and joked ard with, it could mean tt i am blending in well with the culture there, coz the ppl there are all loony one..but then, they could also be juz getting their jollies at my expense. take today, they took it so far tt even the boss~tt niao, strict boss, joined in..wtf!
