I'm just mesmerized by your every word and movement. The whole world sees perfection but all you see is room for more improvement. Silly girl, pretty girl, do you not see what a spell your sweet love has cast on me?

"Good times," my roommate asks as I step into our apartment from the patio. His voice tailored up at end, like people do when they're not sure of the ensuing answer.
John, the roommate who asked me, and I have an odd relationship. Our conversations usually exists of either catch phrases ( Good times, You know how I do, or yelling out YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) in different dialects and tones to convey our emotions, or banter of allusions that go over the heads of most third parties.
I replied with a "Good times," and allowed my eyes to settle on his own. The answer was more vague than he had hoped for, so he averted his gaze to look outside. At Anh, who drove to San Antonio and spent the night.
I left San Antonio early this morning to go to Arlington, our hometown 300 miles away, for my little sister's birthday party. If it were any other weekend, I definatly would have preferred to stay back at my Apartment with Anh.
'cause I love her.
And I love that she loves me.
I also love the little sister, hence my reasoning for being back at home. She's turning twelve on Tuesday ( :( ). I can hear her giggling in her bedroom with one of her friends... I wish she'd stay young.
Anh and a friend of hers followed me down the freeway this mroning. I led them to their friend's apartment, then drove home.. 14 hours from now, I'll start the process all over again when I drive back to San Antonio. Anh'll be gone... but, hey, I'll have a suite full of smelly guys to welcome me back when I get there.

"We should hang out.. go out to dinner, maybe. Talkpoliticsorsomething," her words quickened with each syllable. Rather than contemplate the proposition, I nodded my head and answered rather quickly
"How's tommorow?" She smiled, said yes, and said she'd call me to pick a time. I got the impression that she was waiting to ask me that.. class had let out about 4-6 minutes earlier and she seemed to be taking her sweet time getting up and out of the room.
I, too, was taking my time, but I left a good five minutes after her and a friend of hers that tagged along to class. She ditched the guy when I walked up ( I feel a little bad about that.. ) and started talking to me.
I like the girl... I'm sure going out to dinner with her tommorow night will be a change of pace.
I'm going home this weekend for my little sister's birthday party. She wants to have a sleep over with her friends. Hoorah? I bought her a DS lite.
