I think i woke him up laughing hysterically... My kitten, a very pretty little calico named Patches, just figured out how to get revenge on the puppy... She managed, somehow, to get up on the top of the laundry room door... The puppy, more commonly referred to as Toofers (short for Sabretooth), walked by all innocent like... Long story short.... cat jumped... landed on puppy... puppy yelped and fell down the basement stairs... landed in a heap... looked all befuddled.... then went and hid under my bed. The only thing hurt was Toofers dignity... poor baby...

In other news... i went and spent the day with my Mom.. helping her rearrange the living room and den for this weeken.. i think we made some major mother/daughter bonding points today. I actually had a really good time with my mom... It doesn't usually happen like this.. but I'm really glad it did... after the way we treated each other when I was a teenager... we got some serious making up to do... Today was a really good start!!!
