okae so i may sound really excited even tho it's not my first time to go to california. but, i go every summer and winter and i know for a fact that i'm not gonna go in december. that's when my fam goes to the poconos for our family trip. yay! i'm excited for both. hopefully sab doesn't read this before i tell her i am actually going. i only told her that i may go even tho i already bought my ticket and it's non-refundable. but i can't keep it a full secret since she will be the one to pick me up at the airport. i'm mainly going this time since it will be her 21st birthday. i'm so excited for her. mine's next year. anyways, good things to come soon. i get to start school with a clean slate, i'm moving apartments, and i get to go to cali! whoo!!!

i truly don't think that i should stay inside all day. it makes me feel so depressed. i really wanted to go to jacksonville this weekend. unfortunatley i have to stay in my apt until my finals are over. i have one more on monday. it really does suck. today was the day where the have the sandcastle competition at jax beach. tomorrow is the "opening of the beaches." it's really festive. they have live bands play, a parade, and a bunch of activities. also, tomorrow is one of my friend's 21st birthday. he's the first one of us be an "adult." his parents are thowing him a party which i can't attend. so i'm basically stuck down here. i'm supposed to be studying, but it's the last thing on my mind.

i got an A in my calc II with analytical geometry final!!! i'm so happy! studying actually pays off. today i took my physics II final. i thought it was a pretty fair final. however, i don' think eveyone felt the same way. when i was leaving i saw the stress on people's faces. i think it was because our prof. didn't give us all the formulas we needed. we had to memorize some of them. well, actually a lot of them. but, i'm so glad that's over. only one more final to go.

i'm contemplating on whether or not to go to jacksonville this weekend. i prolly won't since james is coming here saturday. he needs help in business calc. i think he's gotten a bit dependent. he just needs to learn how to teach himself. i think that's what seperates people between who gets math and those who would kill newton and liebnitz if they could.

anywho...i want to see the movie hard candy. it's playing at the enzian, which is pretty much a movie theatre that only plays independent films. majority of the movies they show doesn't normally show in the other chains of theatres. the first movie i saw there was mirrormask. i loved it! hopefully they sell it on dvd.

later on today will be my last day of spring semester. then next week finals start. then it's summer vacation even tho i dont get to fully enjoy it. during this summer i plan to stop being a bum. it seems like people are starting to get off their bums and actually do something. a lot are getting jobs, people are moving to different places and i would like to be productive too.

what i plan to do this summer:
summer school
volunteer at a hospital
do random volunteer jobs (the ones that last for a day)
tutor
basically buid up my resume

then when fall starts i can be ready for my 5 classes. i'm actually just preparing for pharmacy school. i don't exactly know how hard it is, but i don't wanna be unprepared.

a lot of people got good friday off except, of course, us. even my parents got that day off from work. a lot of my friends got that day off from school too. i wonder get to choose these decisions. one of my friends even had an exam on friday. oh, well. i guess we're getting our money's worth.

on friday one of my best friends came down from jacksonville. he really loves orlando. i guess that's why he keeps on visiting, because he wants to be here. no worries for him tho. he's transfering to ucf next fall. anyways, he came over here and taught me how to cook sinigang, a very popular filipino dish. it turned out good, but it could've been better if we had used a pressure cooker.

i spent my saturday sleeping. well, that's what it felt like. james left sat morning. i ate and lounged around. i took a nap and woke up at 7 pm. then i worked out, took a shower, and studied. not too bad.

i was able to sign up for classes last friday. so i pretty much have full load every semester. i'm not surprised. i have summer and fall covered, but i'm not too sure what to take during spring. i was thinking of either taking biochem or molec I. i dunno, but i need to figure it out soon before all the classes run out.
