Remember my last few post telling bout a new friend i met from Australia? She had introduced me to this Kraft website and immediately i falled in love with it.

J told me that the Toblerone Cheesecake is yummy, and they can get it at Australia but until today i never encounter one in Malaysia, hence on last Saturday i had decided to do some experiment.... and here u go...

My very first chilled cheesecake...

To tell u the truth... the taste is awesome however, i make some mistake because i bought the baking tin too big 11inch in which the recipe given is 22cm .. so ended up my cheesecake is a bit flat..

Here is the recipe

1. if your tin is too big, u can actually double up the ingriedient
2. i reduce the sugar to 1/3 cup instead of 1/2... and luckily i do so, because the chocolate is sweet....

Renaye came to Penang on 2nd April for visit, and sadly I don't get to hang out with her because of WORK! -_-||. However I joined her in the evening, together with her mum we went to Queensbay Mall to hang around before heading back to the Hotel for dinner.

We dined in Kampachi- A Japanese Restaurant, and ordered Yose Nabe, according to the waitress it was enough for 3 person, but too our surprise the udon were merely a few... hahah but at least we able to save our stomach for later. We ordered sushi consists of salmon and avacodo.. erm FRESH!

Later we had our dessert our the coffeeshop area, believed it or not, 50% OFF the cake once the clock hit 9pm. We ordered 3 cakes, and my Chocolate Fudge = YUM.

My cake~ and the orange decoration was actually a kind of food that is edible, tasted sour and sweet.

Later after exploring the room, me and Renaye headed to Blue Moon, a bar to chit chat, we partially yelling at each other as the speakers were too loud, but it was SO MUCH FUN.... ahh I want to go to KL.... !

Well... to tell u the truth.. i love potatoes.. than veg...i love carrots than veg... i love raw veg then cook veg.... and i love raw veg than meat... so conclusion what do i love? (i myself also confused.. so dont ask me)

Okay... i made mash potato the day b4 as my dinner... since i dont really eat much... so i decided to eat mash potato for my dinner (yes no rice nor others..)

My mash potato is v simple... 1 big u.s potato (im familiar w this potato so i always buy only u.s. potato of course diff potato can be used.. Yukken *i think so* is the best for mash potato -- high starch)

and because i love carrot... ( dont ask me why ) so i decided to make my mash potato + carrot... and added in so color.. (yellow is dull so yellow and orange is cool)

and of course... black pepper as the sauce.... i bought the ready make black pepper sauce to avoid the hassle of preparing, starch... and etc etc.. however i add in extra black pepper to bring out the yummy taste....

if u dont understand my english.. this is because is 1246am.. and my brain is not functioning.. and i think is time to update another blog...

Lol as the title stated... sinfully food ... erm for my stomach of course... i know lots of ppl out there just enjoy eating, since idk what im allergic to the ingridient, erm should i pledge that i will not eat this sinfully food again??? grr... but still i enjoy the "spidy web" feeling.... lol

On Saturday, went out w my friend (A) to try on new genre cuisine at Penang, lol she asked me not the proclaim her as food directory...

so on that saturday, she bring me to try on Vietnamese food at Pulau Tikus - name Com Viet....

we ordered
1. Rice
2. Stewed Eel
3. Lemon grass sauce w chicken
4. veg
5. suppose to be our appetizer but it ended up our dessert cause they serve it slow... prawn paste w rice wrapper...

and later our next stop was the ice cream shop Maxim at Pulau Tikus within walking distance.... yum yum.. order 3 scope of ice creams.

1. Lemon

3. Absolute Vodka

since the night was still super young... around 8pm after we had our ice cream... yup, so we decided to drink..

round around the jetty area which there was a new place.. my friend said.. the parking is super expensive.. so ended up we decided to go around the City Bayview hotel, and stop at Babylon Cafe...

reach there.. only 2 ppl (which was us..) so we have time to fool around n cam whoring...

Few weeks ago... before the general election... me and my friend went out for dinner on the find saturday nite.... so we decided to dine in a Korean Restaurant... she said it was nice and yummy... so of course... ill try it too...

it is located near Hill Side Penang, Tanjung Bunga... is a once upon a time my second home during my college year... we used to hang out there and have our breakfast there *7 -11 store* to get breads n etc etc...

is located next to Esso petrol station, but the address , i had forgotten....

besides.. trying something new from photobucket... so enjoy the pic...
