it's so very shameful when you dine with your boyfriend's family and are offered a folk because it is observed how uncomfortable and unnatural you are using the chopsticks.
with situation NOT improving when said boyfriend then adding offhand comment: "that's shameful. how can you yum cha? you'll look over and see white people using chopsticks while you're still folking away"

soooooo. new task at hand- learn how to use chopsticks effectively so that next I dine his with family, I can do something impressive like catch flies with my chopsticks (Karate Kid style baby :D) or equally dazzling, heeee-ya!! my mini sticks around like kendo swords.

spent a good twenty minutes fudging around with new layout pic.

but ah wells. shall change again soon, once evil legal readings are reluctantly dealt with. speaking of legal readings- law lecture awaits this little girl 9am monday morning. 9am.....which equals getting out of bed at 7am.

7?! what ungodly hour is that?! and a monday as well!! what a way to greet the week (can anyone say URGH!!?) *sulks* the rest of the timetable is a big bitch too but i guess that's my own doing so i'll shut up and quit whinging. come next semester- i will be getting the best timetable ever created! daaaaamn straight. you watch UsydMyUni!! I will bitchslap you til you give me 11am starts everyday AND i want that friday off too!

lol greediness however is a bad thing. lesson sourly learnt this week. will actually consider future consequences before clicking 'i want a timetable like this' button again :p

erm....what else is up in my little world?

nothing much worthy of mentioning really. severe retail therapy on monday and wednesday and thursday and saturday :p but retail therapy is good for the capitalist soul i tell ya!! ^^;
i was out all friday arvo trying to find a special kind of earrings. they look like like bellyrings (metallic rhino horn-ish things) only they're for the ear holes. hmmm....anyone have any clue as to where said object can be found? i swear i scavenged the entire premise of the sydney inner city. man, these things used to be everywhere!
they couldn't have all disappeared over the short 2 yr span could they? o_O

no, i'm not really dead yet.
we all know from the movies that evil people don't die so easily. but i'm feeling a bit worn out.

i haven't been sitting in front of the computer long enough to ramble (mainly because i am suffering from 56K-ness).
instead, i spend my days lying in bed, in the white-walled sanctity of my room, plotting to take over the world in one bloody coup.
just kidding.
i'm not a violent person.

the deaths will be bloodless.
