boys smell like firewood.
Tuesday. 4.27.04 8:41 pm
Went to the mall for somethings. My sister needed to pick up some birthday stuff or whatever. Went to Bath and Body Shop, or works. not sure. There was this candle that smelled kinda like Michael, or Ian. It was scented Firewood. So I've decided boys smell like firewood. I found an aromatherapy scent I've fallen in love with. Eucalyptus Spearmint. Mmhmmhm. =)

Went to GAP, got a dress. Tres, TRES mignonne. (very very cute)

I had a lot to say like, 10 minutes ago. Too bad I forgot it all.

hey you-

i miss you. dear friend come back. i'm sorry for not understanding and moreover, not trying to understand. i miss the small chit-chat, i miss the gossip-time. i miss the spontaneous instant messages of random nonsense. i miss miss calling in the midst of your warcraft games. i even miss the irritation you would express when i refused to leave messages on the machine.

well really, i miss the old you. the you who listened. the you who skateboarded. the you who cared about more than weed. the you who was patient. the you who was sweet. the you who laughed at more than racist and feminist jokes. the you who gave me hugs for support. the you who was always there.

i just wanted you to know.

-love me

STAR Testing Day# 1
Monday. 4.26.04 3:50 pm
Man. Today was hot like a 2001 Bikini Special Sports Illustrated magazine. Too bad I CUT MYSELF last night SHAVING so I couldn't wear a SKIRT and was stuck in PANTS all day. I'm just glad Mrs. Pesce let me go to the computer lab to work on my essay. It was like Antartica in there, like heaven. haaaallelujah. It even felt better after Jacque and I dumped our heads in that tub of cold water. =) tee hee hee.

So STAR Testing is dumb. I'm not going to waste anymore typing energy on it.

I was talking to Kira this morning. It was kind of a sad conversation:

Me- Hey Kira, how was your weekend?
Kira- Pretty good, we went to Sea World and the zoo
Me- luckyy!
--conversation about going to beach, and opera music, lol--
Kira- Yeah, it was fun (or she said something, not sure)
Me- OMG!!! Kira! You're back from San Deigo!!!

So Kira was kinda just looking at me in awe, with a I-Can't-Believe-You-Just-Said-That look on her face.

Talked to Bryce online during 2nd period (oh, the joys of being a TA for a teacher who doesn't give a hoot). the poor kids sick. =( I think he's coming out during the summer. I'd be really happy if he does. I miss Bryce.

Oh yeah, some of my teachers want me to run for ASB. Yah, the hell I am.

I went to bed early last night. I think I want to do that again.

"have you seen my penis?" to quote joey. fuuh-reak.

Found this on Jon's xanga. I like it because I'm a strong believer in karma and all that Buddhist stuff, even though technically I'm not a Buddahead anymore because I never go to temple. But whatever. I've put it everywhere else, so I decided might as well put it here:

"Give away your life; you'll find life given back, but not merely given back-- given back with bonus and blessing." ~Luke 6:38

He's fast! (hehe)
Sunday. 4.25.04 5:09 pm
Got home an hour or so. I am sooooo exhausted right now. My feet hurt so bad. I was working in the Sweats area. It took us like an hour and a half to take the bags out of the trucks, and put them into their own little designated areas in the parking lots. As we were sorting everything out, there were people finishing, so for the next 3 hours and a half we hurried up and down the aisles to get these people their belongings. If we couldn't find it, they would get super pissed off. It's like, "Hey, I'm working my ass off for you in this freakin' 100 degree weather, the least you could do is show a little courtesy." But I didn't say that outloud. Some of the people were really nice, I liked them. =)

There were like a million kids from school there. So it made the experience a lot more bearable. I hung out with Marty for a while, then my mom called so I had to leave. She told me to meet her where she dropped me off, and I forgot where that was, so Oliver and I went looking for her car. I found out Oliver has an orange tic-tac fetish. =P tee hee.

Then I went to Costco to get muffins for Tuesday. (I'm supposed to bring muffins for our 3rd period class because it's STAR testing and all.) So I did that. Bought a chicken bake (Mhmm) and my mom went to Petsmart and got another fish. I'm so sick of these fishes, they keep dying. The last crazy siamese beta fish we had, it jumped out of the tank and commited suicide over night. Pretty sad. My mom was bummed about that, so she goes out and BUYS ANOTHER ONE. My mom doesn't make sense to me.

Got a call from my dad. He's mad at me now. Because I don't want to go to Lake Lopez on 4th of July weekend this year. (SORRY NIKKI AND MELISSA!!!!) He thinks it's dumb I want to spend my 16th birthday at home with friends. Whatever, I think I'm going to have a bonfire. Or soemthing. I don't know. I wish we could shoot fireworks in Carmel...

I watched Brother Bear last night!!!! So cute, so sad. I was bawling the whole last 20 minutes or so. Man. It was so good though. =)

Go to www.makingfiends.com SO hilarious.

I just took a shower, and shaved because I desperately needed it. I just cut out a chunk of my leg. I never before have cut myself shaving, and the one time I do, a chunk of skin comes off. I'm kinda pissed right now. It won't stop bleeding.

well well well

This is what happens when you get really bored and nobody's online. Yeah I think I like this layout better than the first one.

I visited my grandparents today. Stayed at their house for a couple of hours. They're getting old, and it's really sad. They can't do any of the things they were able to a couple of years ago. I'm going to have dinner at their house on Wednesday. I'm excited for that.

On my walk home, I met up with James and Sierra. Was cool- talked about nothing important. Then I hung out with Billy Little for a good 10 minutes or so. I never see that kid anymore. We used to play everyday when we were little. Wow. Old memories.

Can't go to bonfire tonight. =( i'm sad. I really wanted to go too. Oh well. Next time hopefully.

So this is Friday
Friday. 4.23.04 5:02 pm
I was going to go to the movies and wharf with Hallie, Audry, Kirsten and Dominique tonight. oops. oh well. Maybe next weekend. (?) hmm.

Poetry Slam was cancelled!! I was talking to Jared in the office, and saw Evan R, and was like, "Hey! I'm going to poetry slam tonight!" and he's like, "Oh no! didn't you hear? it got cancelled!" I was like, "wow. that ruined my weekend." I was pretty excited for that too, because Bird-ay was going to go, but they cancelled it. =( poo. It's a good thing I ran into Evan beforehand, or else I would've gone. =P I wonder how i missed that announcement... hmm..

Anyway. I MIGHT go to the bonfire tomorrow night at the bottom of 13th, (or was it 14th?) dunno. Hallie will probably kill me if I don't go... o.O Same with Brad.

But I AM working at Big Sur Marathon on Sunday. Morning shift. *yay* 9:00 to 1:00, but hey, I'll be working with JP and Jeremy. So it's all cool. Hallie's working there too, and so is Oliver. So it'll be a partay. =D Hallie and I might hang out in Carmel afterwards. dunno.

In English, we're reading Catcher In The Rye, since I've already read it, it's time for me to catch up on my other books.

wa!!

you know who you are-- hope all is well on the other side.

I just watched Joan of Arcadia. It was so sad. Oh gosh. In this episode, she's supposed to take a History test on the historical Joan of Arc, and she studies for it. She gets and A and her teacher is shocked, he accuses her of cheating, and requests for her to take it over. She refuses because she knows she didn't cheat. She freaks out on the principle, and gets in some trouble. Her parents decide to take her to therapy, and bring the whole family along. At the therapist, the family talks and realizes that the only thing wrong with their family is the lack of communication.

When Joan gets to school the next day, her friends decide to start a revolution, because she didn't cheat, and the teacher and principle have no proof against her. She goes along with this, because there are people who were risking getting suspended for standing up for her.

She talks to God, and he tells her to backdown from the revolution. She said in return, "This is my revolution don't you see? It's like Joan of Arc! This is about me and my rights!" and he reminds her that Joan of Arc was killed in the end. Joan(of Arcadia) steps down from her revolution, and decides to take the test. The people who stood up for her get suspended and don't want to talk to her anymore. She gets an A on the test once again, and proves she never cheated in the first place.

Towards the end of the show, the family is back in the therapy room. Joan admits it was her fault that the family was there, and she would try to not be crazy anymore. They talk and argue. Then Luke starts to talk, and Kevin interrupts him, telling the whole family why they're all messed up. He said it was because of him and his accident. He explained exactly how he lost the life in his legs, and starts to cry, because the family is dumbstruck- they don't know what to say. Kevin starts bawling, and it's just the saddest noise I've ever heard. I started to cry. I think I missed somethings... you'll just have to watch it.
