Didn't Pokemon come out in the US in 1998/1999? If so then that show on VH1 (I Love the 90's) is wrong. They said it came out in 1997

I read about Spongebob and stuff over at wikipedia. I guess that explains it. I probably did see it in 5th grade, but didn't really like it. ₃ You are a cheap robot. You can't have a card? Why? You're a singl girl who can't find friend. Shouldn't you try to make sure that you are settled financially before beginning a quest to find long lost friend? I mean... my suggestion is probably out there... but doesn't it make some sense?
