  I thought that was great. Especially with all the "pixelated" people we have! [see island on home page] haha


  My dad got some movie passes from work, or something, so we're going to go see a movie tonight. The movie we've decided to see is One Night with the King. It's based on the story of Queen Esther from the Bible. It should be interesting. I'm looking forward to seeing it!

  The guy who's playing King Xerxes is Luke Goss [best known for his role as "Nomak" in Blade II]. He looks really weird [to me] 'cause his face is way too smooth and shiny, and his hair looks totally fake.

  Other recognizable names in the cast include John Rhys-Davies, John Noble [who played Denethor in Lord of the Rings: Return of the King], and Peter O'Toole [who played Lawrence of Lawrence of Arabia].
  [Well, they were the only ones I recognized in the cast list...]

  I changed up my layout a little bit - added a little red here and there. Mostly so you could actually read the bold and italicized text. [before, it was white]
  And I updated my profile a little bit, changed up some things so you could read that, too.
  [I guess that goes to show you that no layout is really finished. Not at first, anyhow]


  I'm glad it's October. Mostly for the cooler weather [sweaters!] and the pumpkin spice lattés everywhere! They're so tasty. ^_^

  I'm excited for Christmas. I love trying to figure out the perfect gift to give everyone. Just knowing they'll love what you got them is great, and exciting. For me, anyhow. I can't wait to see the joy on their faces. =)
