Wednesday. 11.26.03 10:09 am Today is the last day of school before Thanksgiving vacation!  I was supposed to go to show choir this morning, but Jessica and Matt L., siblings that are in show choir with me, never showed up to give me a ride! Before show choir even started, I told Jessica and Matt L. that I didn't have a ride there. They said they would take me to show choir mornings. My rides with them hadn't failed until this morning, when nobody even showed up. At 7:35 (show choir starts at 7:30, and there's a fifteen minute drive from my house to the school), I called to see if they were home. Nobody answered. Then, since I had already missed my bus (which comes at around 7:05), I had Vicky drive me down to Shannon's, a girl that rides my bus, bus stop. Unfortunately, the bus had already come through to her bus stop. I told Vicky to hurry to Matt's driveway to see if his bus had come yet. On the way there, we got right behind his bus. When it stopped to pick him up, I ran and got on the bus. When I got on, the bus driver (who is always really cranky) was like, "Who are you?" I told her I was with Matt, and she told me to sit up front. After a short while, she asked Matt if anyone sat with him. He told her that nobody did, and she let me sit with him. I explained everything to Matt, and calmed myself down from the already stressful day. When I got to homeroom, Kat asked why I wasn't in show choir this morning. I told her everything, and she said that both Jessica and Matt L. were both in show choir this morning! I haven't the slightest idea as to why they decided to just not pick me up at all! That's really rude, if you ask me! Well, the day should turn out better, since it's a half of a day. Also, I get to go to Matt's after school so I can go to a Thanksgiving dinner at Kim's. Matt got to come over last night, too. Vicky needed someone to unload our new dishwasher from the back of the explorer (our old dishwasher broke) so I called Matt to see if he could. Of course, he took this as a good opportunity to see me and came over. Vicky also made him help fill the wood box, which got him really dirty so he had to wear Brad's pants around the house. Vicky washed Matt's sweatshirt, pants, and sneakers so they would be nice and clean. Unfortunately, she made him take the trash out before we left. Matt didn't want to wear Brad's boots so he wore his just-washed sneakers outside, and got them covered in mud. I felt really bad, but at least he's wearing a clean sweatshirt today! Comment! (2) | Recommend! Fat...Very Fat... Tuesday. 11.25.03 2:21 pm Well, I goofed off all day, as I had expected.  It seems like all I did was eat. I helped guard the director's snacks with Kat, Molly, and some Jr. High kids who were obnoxious, and I really didn't know. We cleaned up and handed out food to people too. Comment! (0) | Recommend! Accounting Monday. 11.24.03 10:00 am Today's my last full day of classes this week! County Choir's being held in Canton this year, and I get to help out with cleaning up their food and telling people to only take one of things. When I'm not doing my job, I get to work on any work that other people did when they were in class, and basically goof off for hours at a time. Comment! (3) | Recommend!
