Today was pretty fun. It started sleeping in to 12:30 and watching a stupid infomercial for the Ab Scissor machine.It sold for like over $250 and was basically some flimsy metal contraption that simulated a situp. Well ... you could save $250 and just do a ... situp! Anyway after that I took a shower and played some UT2K4 demo. Oh let me tell you about that.

Well I've been wanting UT2K4 and that came out last Thursday. I found out BestBuy was having a sale by selling it for $10 less. You could try to fight the crowd outside the store on opening day for the 10 copies each store had, but instead I decided to preorder it from BestBuy.com. Well I did that and Thursday and come and gone and when I track my order, it says its been backordered. What's up with that! I want my game! Now it will come sometime mid next week (they tell me). Anyway.

Then I went to study, only bad part. Then afterwards I went to meet my friends to go to some international food festival. It was really cool. They had stuff from north america, latin america, asia, and africa. Enchiladas, taquitos, haggus (yuck), blue cheese tortilla rolls, tariyaki chicken, these awesome pear and pecan things, and french fries (mysteriously from the north american section), plus more I can't remember. All very good. Then afterwards my friends and I started playing risk, but after 3 turns it got boring and we decided to play ping-pong. That was better than risk partially because you could slam the ball into your opponent's face. We had a tournament and I got to the final round, but we never go to play the last match, apparently we were hogging the table so we had to give it up to the other waiting people.

Then we found this group of people playing Cranium. I don't know if you've ever played, but it is a really fun game. Anyway, you draw cards from a deck and it gives you things you have to do, kind of like charades, but different. Either way its a chance to watch your friends make total fools of themselves in front of everyone and laugh and laugh and laugh. We played that until like 1:00 or so until we had to leave.

Then when I got back to my room I was about to go to sleep when I realised I still had physics hw i needed to finish online by 5:00 am. I hadn't even started yet! It's a small miracle that Dave (my friend down the hall) was still up and was kind enough to give my the ans* ... ahem .... help on them. Close call.

Then I came back and wrote this. All in all not a bad day.

This site still doesn't look too good, but it's getting better. Got my friends, and entered in most of my entries from my old blog in the "stuff i already wrote" section. Stole a premade design that looks alright i guess, except for the green gorillas at the top (blue on green looks bad). Anyway now i just need a chat box. Oh and I guess some entries ...
