listening to: my playlist
I've been looking around
projectplaylist.com for songs to put on my playlist [and to download . . .] What's on here now is what I've got so far, but I'm not really done with it yet. Still adding some and deleting some.
Of all the DVDs I got from the library, I've watched all of them except for "Take the Lead".
Happy Lesson was weird. I could barely get through one insane episode. It didn't keep me interested enough, so I just quit, and switched to Dai-Guard.
Dai Guard was a LOT better. It's about the future [around 2030, I think. I don't remember which year it was], and there's a big robot called "Dai-Guard" [thus the name of the show.] And blahblahIcan'trememberblah.
Area 88 was the best of them all. It's about this militaria base called Area 88, where a lot of pilots from around the world are commissioned to eliminate the enemy base, and they get paid for ever kill they get. The deal is, they're there under contract for three years, unless you pay the 1.5 million dollar fee of leaving early, so the pilots get as many kills as they can. They also need the money to fix their planes, buy food, and other little luxuries like alchohol, cigarettes, etc.
Meanwhile all that is happening, a freelance photographer who came to Area 88 to take a certain photo... While at the base, he meets a fellow Japanese, and becomes facinated with who he is.
And there's a lot more to it, but that's about all I really feel like spilling right now. Too much thinking when you're trying to do three other things at the same time. lol
Actually, I'm only doing one other thing, but I already told you what it was. It just seems like three things. Anyways
While I'm not totally done with my playlist, I'm gonna have to call it quits for now 'cause it's rather late [11:13pm], and I'm tired.
Goodnight, everyone! =)

Okay, so I didn't get around to taking the pictures, let alone posting them. GO FIGURE. psh.
But I
will give you a list of what I received for Christmas. I can at least do that much.
¤ an iPod from my brother Isaac!!!!!
¤ Pirates of the Caribean 2 DVD from Mom
¤ a "Crystal Caves Geode Growing Kit"
¤ purple "argyle" tights and a $25 gift card to Target from my brother and sister-in-law
¤ some new make up and a case/carrier/thing for it from my little brother and sister
¤ plastic lanyard craft kit and twist-up crayons from my best friend Angie
¤ a deck of clear Coca-Cola playing cards and a pair of earrings from Kaitlin
¤ a bottle of Celin Dion's fragrance "Belong" from Anna
¤ and a $25 gift card to Target from work
And that's really about it for now. Mostly because I'm too tired to think about the last couple of days.
And the reason behind my exhausted state is that last night [New Year's Eve] my youth group had an all-nighter. So I'd been up 'til 8:30am this morning, which was the time I got home. Once I got in bed immediately after entering the house, I slept for a good six hours. Beautiful, much needed sleep. Makes me tired just thinking about it. XD
Then after a couple hours, my older brothers came over and we had black eyed peas and cornbread. It's tradition for us to have that on New Year's Day. "For good luck."
I still hate beans/peas. That's one thing I've never looked forward to every year . . . X[
So yes. That's most of what happened this weekend. For me, anyways.
Happy New Year, everyone. =)
