end of the year Tuesday June 20, 2006 11:40pm I can't believe it's the end of the year. I always thought that the year went by too slow and now it's over. First of all, congratulations to all the seniors.. lucky bastards. And I mean that in a loving way. =) I've known some of you since middle school and now you're off to college, it's crazy how time flies. This time next year, it'll be me graduating. Huh, I still remember being nervous about going to middle school, then being nervous about going to high school, now I'm almost done. It's always this time of year that you start reminiscing, thinking back to those "good ol' days" of playing on the swing or playing tetherball (which I rocked at, by the way), or wall ball, 4 square, 4 corners, etc. Back then, we didn't have to worry about the way we looked, dressed, acted, or who we associated with.. all we worried about was recess and getting the good equipment during recess/pe, we didn't have to think about what we were going to do in the future.. we just wanted to play. In all honesty, I'm scared of change. I'm perfectly fine with the way things are, but I know change is inevitable. I'm open to it, but I'm nervous. As long as I have my friends and family, I'm good.
