last nite was our school of biz grad ball~ at pan pacific hotel's pacific ballroom.

haha, the event we've have been anticipating for so long, ever since last year when the sb club org committee let us vote on the venue, until last nite, the actual nite itself. well, the event itself turned out to be alrite only la..the food was standard, and the mc..nt too great also. i dun like him nt becoz he sabo me, but becoz i think he went overboard with his sabo-ing stunts on juz abt everyone who got called up on stage..hah.

needless to say, everyone turned up looking splendid last nite, to put it simply~ the girls were gorgeous, the guys were slick, stylish..wadever..haha...well, nt all of them of coz, as there were some jokers who came in dunno wad funny costumes..like the panda man and the slash impersonator..urghh...attention seekers..

haha, it was photo taking galore session last nite. all thru the prom, before the start, during the event itself and afterwards, everyone was gg ard taking photos with everyone...think last nite was the single time i took the most photos anywhere..lolz..hope tt they will be sent to be soon. from the respective phototakers and camera owners, since i din bring cam last nite..hah.

actually, there's nth much to say really..we hang ard pan pacific until abt 12, undecisive abt where to go, until finally someone say go crown prince swensens. so 14 of us crammed into the 3 cars driven by laoda, wynn and wilson and away we went.. had ice cream and some snacks there, den sit ard talk cock, nua awhile, den got up left for esplanade liao..dunno why we end up at one fullerton the merlion there instead..talk cock sing song play cards there until abt 2, wilson and jac left first..wynn and yuhui left soon after abt 3 plus, and i follow suit, since wynn offered to drive me back...and the rest stayed until 4 plus i think.

hah, think everyone was sian after the event last nite, coz they were either too well dressed for stuff like bowling or clubbing (nt tt i wanted to go), or too tired for anything else and also becoz there was really no where to chill until morning~ which was the original plan, coz we had wanted to overnite and have breakfast.

last nite, overall, was pretty satisfying la, tho not as great as i expected it to be..and then again.. i also dunno wad to expect la..hah.so erh, ttz it lor. hah

guess who i saw today? none other than the most legendary JBJ!!!~ the most zai opposition member next to Dr Loudmouth Chee!! and where was he? at raffles city again, standing there like a complete moron selling another of his new books titled something like: "the casino issue shows that power is in the wrong hands! not the people, but the dynasty of rulers!" ha. ha. ha. and he was there with another one of his sidekick clowns; the clown was like promoting to everyone who passed by, "come get the latest publication on the correct political views in singapore" den JBJ was actually waiting to autograph the book for any stupid suckers who actually stopped to buy his stupid book..two angmohs in fact~ muz be tourists..i pity them sia...come sg kenna exposed to this kind of crap and get their money conned...haiz..

now, i seriously can't fathom why would anyone be so idiotic as to do wad JBJ did, as first of all..its a waste of time, and secondly, he's making a fool of himself, and finally..its a LOST cause la!!! since everyone is well aware tt singapore is ruled by LKY and family...the lee dynasty in fact. lolz..

oh, even tho i have nth against JBJ or the opposition, and im nt pro PAP either...i was really tempted to go up to him and shout: "im pro PAP lei!!" but then i decided against it, since i would rather not stoop to his level...hah

gawd..nearly lost my phone today..and all becoz i was being childish and indulging in childhood fun at the sand pit opposite amk library, of all places..hah.. lucky i found it in the end..

so, how did it happen? lets see, i had been spending a few hrs at amk library after having my haircut earlier on~ basically juz reading papers and relaxing one corner. oh, and i was really sitting at the righthand corner of the reading room..haha. by the time i was finished with the sunday times, i decided i had enuf of the library, so i left, crossed the road to take a bus home..and while waiting for the bus, i happened to see the sand pit next to the bus stop and kids having fun on the swings.. childhood memories came flooding back, and next thing i knew, i was crossing the sand pit and planting myself onto one of the empty swings.

swing, swing, swing...i was really enjoying myself until i saw the bus suddenly come up from nowhere..nt wanting to waste time waiting for another one, i leapt off the swing and bounded my way across to the bus and boarded it..heh, homeward bound..until abt 1km later, i reached in my pocket to check the time from my phone and found it gone...SHIT.... cursing to myself, i got off the bus and ran back to the stop i got on at...back to the sand pit..

looked ard the swing area, din see a thing, so i asked an uncle who happened to be standing ard minding his kids..he din see a thing too..well, in desperation, i asked to borrow his phone to place a call to mine to see if i could locate whoever picked it up... he said, "no, i dun have a phone" and next thing tt happens, he takes out his panasonic flip phone and starts typing a msg on it...fucker..

alrite, i managed to get some kind soul to lend me her phone to place a call on mine..no response~i was all ready to give up hope and call the operator to suspend my line when i got home, until i tot it might be in the bushes tt i bounded past when i was rushing for the bus juz now...hah! sure enuf, it was there..

well, lesson learnt today: nv be too careless juz becoz ur foolishly indulging in childhood fun..hah..but then again..i guess the above will only happen to me..

STOP!! telling me all the time wad to do and where and how and wad not in every single miniscule detail as if i do not have the brain cells to even think abt my own matters!?

STOP!! trying to control how i live my life and forcing your views on me and insisting ur correct even when its damn bloody obvious ur not!! I AM NOT UR PUPPET OK!!

whoo hoo!! i got my enlisment letter! commandos! hahahahh! its wad i've been waiting for all this time! enlistment on july 8th.

but then again, july 8th, like too damn soon lei..i wasn't expecting so early, more like august or later from wad i heard from frens who are already inside commandos. darn..tt gives me juz over two months to train up..den i cant go find work also, since no one would want to employ for two months only...damn...too soon, too damn soon..now not enuf time to train up or work to earn money...sian 1/2

to be honest, im abit less enthu now tt i got my letter liao..diaoz..how?

becoz i couldn't slp the whole of last nite, i tot of running early in the morning to tire myself out so i can catch some slp..haha, instead, it made me more refreshed. nvm. i realised its damn shiok to run in the morning, esp with the sun rising in the horizon. beautiful!

haha, been like a couple of years since i last ran early in the morning..totally forgot wad it feels like until juz now. shiok! but on the flip side, the exercise area seems to be full of mosquitoes and other disgusting bugs so early in the morning. hah, had to leave before i could finish all my exercises to avoid being their breakfast. damn.
