I've been really busy and so i'm really lazy about uploading pics to site, so i think i'm just not going to bother with it anymore. Even though i'm only taking one class, its so involved...2:15 hours of lecture, 2 hours of sections, and 2 hours of labs almost every weekday, it seems like a lot because its just one class. My other roomate from canada, the asian one, is really wierd, because she stays in her room all day with the door closed, except to go to classes. I think she also has an eating disorder. What a fun person to be around...

I hate feeling guilty when i go out for fun, i always feel like i should be studying, sigh*....and then theres reading for ap history and wuthering heights journal, ahhhh!

Taking "the T" (boston subway) is really easy and cheap, only a buck 25 to get in, free connections too. You can get anywhere in boston really easily. I went by myself to chinatown and the Marketplace. So many people walking around. There is ablsolutly no use for cars, if i came to school here, i would not bring my car, and i don't think i would even miss it that much, because its just not neccesary...ok, i'm ranting on...

They have really good vietnamese food in chinatown. Oh yea, it was Good Will hunting movie night, and it was weird cause i could recognize all of the places. Like the little cafe shop that they had that romantic kiss, thats just across the street. oh and the coolest thing...in our chem lecture hall, the chalk boards are mechanical, like theres 5 all in the wall, and you just press a button to lower the one in front to reveal the ones behind. cool huh? The professor pays 100 bucks for board washers, too bad i'm too short. Sad, i don't even remember his name. I think i'm gonna go run the loop around charles river...anything to procrastinate from studying...

Ok, so i havn't had much time to take pics, i havn't taken pics of the best parts or harvard like harvard square and the Annenburg Dining Hall, but i'll be getting there, this is the picshare site i have so far, CHECK IT OUT

Today was the first day of class, and it started with a bang, well, 3 bangs actually and literally. We have demonstrators full time for our lectures and labs 3 days a week. We blew up balloons filled with hydrogen, and some filled with hydrogen and oxygen, it made the whole freakin lecture room rumble, its was hella cool! At first, going to the lectures with the stadium seatings was kinda intimidating, but after blowing stuff up, its actually relaxing!

OMG!!!!! I just invited Edith and Emily Foran to come visit me here for free and i'm soo excited, like i'm jumping off the walls!!!!!!! It will be so much fun!!! I hope they all get permission from their parents/G-parents! I'm sooooo having the time of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Harvard is so awesome! I feel such a profound sense of community here. Everything is so close and assesable. Like in wilmington, u would have to get in a car and drive to places, but here, you just walk a couple of blocks and you can find anything from food, books, clothes, and tailors, to sex shops and palm reading shops. You can never be board here, walking out into harvard square, theres always performances, like guitar players and violin players, and today, i saw an awesome breakdancing performance on the red brick streets of Harvard square. I love this place!!!

OMG!!! Yesterday was craaazzzyy! So my plane left at about 8:10 at Wilmington International and it took like 20 minutes to get to Charlotte where my connecting flight was. Then, i had the most umcomfortable airplane ride ever to Boston. I was sitting inbetween this fat lady and another fat guy, who drank 2 freakin Bloody Mary's with vodka and smelled like shit! I got a bunch of reading done in Wuthering Heights though. Man, Boston is beautiful! The plane went right over the Boston Harbour as it landed.

So when i got there, i had to take a taxi and my taxi driver was a crazy driver! He backed up on a one way road and the cops pulled him over. What a great start huh? So anyways, i had to carry like 50 lbs of luggage into a shuttle bus and all the way to my residence hall, Weld Hall. Harvard Yard is amazing! And Harvard square is awesome. Harvard is huge and its more like a great close nit new england town than a campus. Theres shops and clubs and restaurants everywhere! My dorm is huge. Our room has 3 rooms, and i get my own room. Its very spacious too. I think the most beautiful part of Harvard has to be Annenburg Dining Hall. It looks just like the dining hall in Hogwarts! I swear! Well, i've been trying to take as many pictures as possible and i've started a web sharing site, but my internet isn't working in my dorm, so i have to get that fixed first. OMG, i wish you guys could be here, it is so awesome and definatly an experience of a life time. Well, i think i'm gonna head off to buy my books and the Harvard COOP. AHHHHHHH, I'm so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG! I almost passed out today when i saw how short my hair was! The guy was a really famous stylist form NY and stuff so i trusted him that it would turn out good, so i really wasn't paying attention to how short it he was cutting it, i was just staring out in space, but when i looked up and saw my hair, i started to feel really quezzy and was about to vomit. Now, because of the short hair, my face looks all chubby. AHHHHH! I feel like this is the end of the world and i'm about to die!!!!

Last night, Emily and her mom took me to see a Shakespeare play called Twelth Night at the Greenfield Lake Amphitheater. It was really good, except for the bugs that were swarming around us. Emily's mom said that one year, they did A Midsummer's Night Dream and it was awesome because you could here the frogs croaking in the background. I wish i could've experienced that one. I can't wait till next year's play, i wonder which Shakespeare play they will do.

My plane leaves from ILM 2morrow morning. Hope my plane doesn't get hijacked or something.
