Today is not a very good day.

I definitely got a speeding ticket. Granted I was speeding, but not as much as I thought I was. He said i was going 45 in a 30, but I thought I was going 35, but this could because I was going down a hill. I was upset that I got pulled over, but then part that made me upset was what the stupid cop was saying.

So, I babysit mentally disabled kids, and I had them with me, and I didn't want to cry in front of the cop because I didn't want the kids to get scared, so I held it together, so the cop thougt it would be a good idea to be an asshole. He yelled at me for pulling over next to a puddle because I got his shoes dirty. Yea. He seriously yelled at me because I got his shoes dirty. First of all the road was extremely narrow and I had to pull over in the park parking lot because the roads have tiny shoulders with no place to pull over, and I'm driving a truck.

So, now I have to pay 150$ and it goes on my record, but i think i'm going to court and getting it taken off, because honestly I dont' think i'll be able to fight it, but i can mitigate it, hopefully.

I hate power hungry cops. There are some cops that will at least be nice, but this one took full advantage of his damn job.

I won't be speeding anymore, even though I don't normally go over the speed limit more than like 5mph, unless it's the free way ...yikes.

The best part is my dad doesn't even care. Normally he doesn't get upset about anything I do wrong, he just kinda shrugs it off and tells me to be careful, but I was really nervous to tell him. I told him and he jsut laughed and said "shit happens, just be careful Britt, but don't worry, I know it was an accident." I was like dad, I jsut got a speeding ticket are you really not mad? And he said "Brittany I know you're probably not going to speed anymore haha, so stop stressing about it, we'll deal with whatever happens" Seriously. Gotta love my dad soemtimes. Normally people take full advantage of easy going parents, but I hate disappointing my dad even though I know he will more than likely be nice about it. Then again, I guess i'm not a terrible child that gives him a whole lot to worry about.

Anyways, I hate cops, the power hungry ones at least.

So two days ago my dad told me it would be another week and half before we were able to get everything moved out of our house into the condo, well today, he drops a huge bomb on me and told me we have to be out of the house by saturday. Are you kidding me? I slacked off on the packing today and yesterday so I could relax a little on my spring break, AHHHHH. It's amazing how chaotic life can get in the matter of minutes. Well, on the bright side, i'm very excited, a little sad to be leaving the house i've known forever, but excited to start new :)

I probably won't be around for awhile, so i'll be back when i can! Hope you all have a fantastic week!

PS. My boyfriend is kinda amazing. Just thought everyone should know.
