Back To School Dance
Saturday, September 9, 2006
I got back to the dance at around 11:30 last night. It was okay. I couldn't find one of my friends for like the first half to the dance and I was all alone. I did make new friends though so that was okay. I danced quite a bit but some of the songs that they played were songs that I didn't really like and wouldn't dance to. The DJ kept playing somewhat the same songs over and over again. I did get asked to dance a slow song with this one guy but I said no. I just didn't want to dance with him.

After I got home, I spent some time online while I waited for my hair to dry. I didn't post an entry though. I went to sleep at around 3am. But at around 6 or 7, my grandma woke me up because she wanted me to put my dog's leesh on. He spent the night in my room and when that happens, he refuses to go with my grandma and will growl at her. But I was really sleepy and not even really awake yet so I didn't and just went back to sleep.

My teeth really hurt when I eat because of the bracers. I was using my front teeth for a while but now even those hurt. I can barely even eat rice. I can't wait until I get them out on Saturday but then I'll have to switch to braces and all my teeth will hurt again.

Wow! I now have $1 in revenue after a week! If I keep at this pace, I'll be able to get $40 in 10 months. Now all I need to do is find a way to help Kuri get her bento box. And I also want to get a new bracelet. Hmm....

Edit:// Whoops. I just read Kuri's blog and she said that she got a bento box. I can't wait to see it. Maybe I can add the revenue money with the money that I have right now and ask for a digital camera. That way I can add pictures too.

Edit #2:// I just got the rank of Mad of BlogMad. That means I've surfed 5000 blogs... Wow! The next rank is 8000 though and I hope it won't take me too long to surf 3000 blogs more.

Spacers, But No Braces?
Thursday, September 7, 2006
If you read my last entry, then you knew that I was supposed to get braces this afternoon. Supposed to. But apparently my teeth are too, what was the word he used? I think he said it was tight like an adult's. So I got 4 spacers put on my top teeth and 4 on the bottom. They were okay but chewing hard stuff hurts. I thought it was going to be fine because I ate a siu miu and a cookie afterwards and it didn't hurt. But when I ate dinner, it took my like almost an hour. I have to go back next Saturday to get the wiring done or something like that. And then sometime later, I have to go to my regular dentist (my cousin) to get 4 teeth pulled.

For those of you who have Yahoo! Toolbar, I suggest not downloading the new update. You get to have tabs on IE if you do, almost like you upgraded you IE version. But the tabs really suck because unlike Firefox, you have a tab even if you only have a page. So the internet pages are smaller now. And it sucks when viewing certain layouts.

Edit:// Lol. I'm listening to the radio right now and I'm a cronic procrastinator. Lol. Yay!

Braces...
Wednesday, September 6, 2006
Today was the 7th day of school for the year. It was also the first time that I spent lunch time with Jamie and met a ton more people in one day than I did in a whole week. I bought a cinnamon roll from the cafeteria today and you're all probably thinking, "Who cares?", right? Well, I had to mention it because it was really nasty. The bread was all dry and icky. I'm never getting that again. But the thing is, the cinnamon rolls were really good at GHS. *sigh* Oh well.

Today in geometry, we used the TI-84(?) calculators that were connected to the teacher's computer. It was kind of cool because you could compete to see how fast you could get the answer in. He gave us really easy questions like "Is the sky blue today?" and "How many games will the Raiders win this season?". It took me longer to answer the 2nd one because I have no idea how good the raiders are.

My grandma is flying back to Hong Kong this Sunday night because her mom just died. I have no idea what day it was but the doctors had said that she was going to be dying soon. I've only met my great grandma once and I don't really remember what she looked like. My grandma might not come back though. That will be good for my little brother because she spoiled him a lot.

On Monday night, my dad put a stereo in my room so now I can listen to the radio no matter what I'm doing. It used to be in the living room but it was rarely used so I asked if I could have it in my room. There's not really any room for it anyways in the living room or the kitchen now.

I'm going to be getting braces tomorrow afternoon and I'm only kind of looking forward to it. I'm looking forward to it because my teeth will be straightened when they take it off. But I'm also not looking forward to it because its going to hurt and also make my lip protrude a bit. I dunno. And I'll also talk weird.

The Back to School dance is this Friday from 8-11pm. I was thinking about going last week but then Amber said that she wasn't going and I didn't want to be alone. But Jamie is going so I'm probably going to go. I already asked my mom and its going to be free for me because my mom bought this ASB sticker at orientation. I was totally looking forward to it awhile ago but then I remembered that it'll be one day after getting my braces.

School Again
Tuesday, September 5, 2006
School again but I'm so glad that its only 4 days this week. I didn't finish one of my homeworks over the weekend but thats okay because we didn't have to turn it in today. I have a ton more homework to do tonight, though. :( I'm going to be doing that first and then I'll come back, blog more, and reply to all comments.

Edit:// @ 12:23am! Well, I finally finished my homework after procrastinating for like the entire afternoon. Nothing really much special today. Regular, boring school. My locker is finally fixed now so I don't have to carry around 4 textbooks everyday. Yay! It closes so easily now too.

In Enlish, we had to do this Coat of Arms thing where you decorated a shield with things about yourself. You also had to draw a symbol that represent yourself, like your astrological sign. And being the uncreative person I am, I drew the Leo sign. We had to actually believe it though and it had to kind of match our personalities. So I search on google for Leo characteristics and here's some stuff I found interesting: (you might not want to read the whole thing as it gets boring but if you have nothing else to do, be my guest)

"You want to live like a king. You are a very ambitious person and want to rise to the top in the profession of your choice. You have been blessed with a strong personality, which can take you places if you so desire. You are logical in your approach to most things but sometimes you get so confused over the small issues. An extrovert, you have many friends and you are a good host. You learn to branch out on your own even if it turns out to be an expensive idea since you are ready to sacrifice much if it benefits in the long run. You are very much a materialistic person; you will find it difficult to do without worldly things. The picture you portray, however, is of the strong silent type. Your plus point is keeping a good relationship with those persons who could be of use to you in some way. You are self-opinionated person though you may behave otherwise. Sometimes you act very superficially and you yourself will not know why. You are quite power-hungry and given to vices any of which could cause you destruction both mentally and physically. You are an out-going person basically and have a wide circle of friends. You are a well-loved person since you speak attractively and have good manners. You can't tolerate your failures because you want to rule and you are impatient to reach that level. You don't let anyone come in the way of achieving power. You are brave and don't spend sleepless nights on major or minor worries provided you have been sincere and just. Basically an extrovert, you reach out to people in all walks of life. You are helpful to those in trouble and don't expect anything in return. To win your favor, it is wise to flatter you and this happens to you all the time but you won't notice it."
- Kamal Kapoor(its some kind of like psychic stuff)

It saids that I'm an extrovert, which I don't think is really true. I guess its sometimes true. But the other stuff is basically accurate. So if you want to get to know my personality, consider reading that.

I should be sleeping right now but I wanted to finish my entry first. I think its time for me to change my avatar because its so plain. Okay, scratch the very first sentence of this paragraph because I'm starting to get sleepy. I promise to try not to procrastinate this much ever again. Night, everyone.
