Monday. 10.1.07
watching: Supernatural, Season 1 - Episode 15

My Weekend
Friday I did a whole lot of nothin'.
Saturday I went down to Springfield all day to see some friends at school there. Friday night I wasn't able to go to sleep 'til about 1:30, and I woke up at 6:00 to be ready to go by 7:00. But I had a good time. We mostly went about doing whatever. First we all got together for lunch, then we went to the park, and after a while decided to play Ultimate Frisbee. Then we freshened ourselves up, and ate dinner. Then we walked around on a trail at some nature center, or whatever, and then decided to watch a movie on Tim's comp at the park. Then came home dog tired and hyper from being exhausted loaded with 2+ Pepsis [which looks really weird in plural form...].
Sunday pretty much nothing. I napped for a couple hours....

Not a whole lot happened today, either. At dance class tonight, I did something that made my knee to get out of place, then put itself back where it was supposed to be, and then hurt like hell afterwards. So now I've got it under an ice pack. It's okay when I'm not doing anything [of course], and putting weight on it is okay if it's straight, but when I bend it slightly, like when I'm trying to drag it forward to take my next step, it hurts. I just hope it's okay to walk on some for work tomorrow - I have two shifts on Tuesdays... bleh.

Q: Which is your favorite - Dean or Sam Winchester from Supernatural?
A: DEAN. Sam is cute, but Dean is HOT. OMG.

Sam, Dean

reminiscing to: "Backstreet Boys" by Backstreet Boys

Is it Friday, yet?!??

All day I've been thinking it's Friday. Which isn't cool, 'cause I'm so ready for the weekend. All week so far, I've been really bleeeeeeeeeeehh. I think it's probably because it's gettin' close to that time o' the month... not that you wanted to think about that. But there you have it.

I've also been really BORED lately. I'm aching to do something, but there's nothing to do. All I ever do nowadays is work, and play around on the computer, doing a whole lot of nothin'. I want to do something this weekend so bad, but I don't know what may end up happening. I might be going out to Springfield to see some friends all day. I don't know yet.

  ....BORED!!!

Weekend double shifts are killing me
Friday. 09.21.07
Being the internet video people that you are, many of you may have already seen this video of a kid singing a song called "Chocolate Rain". (If not, that's why I put in the link, so now you can go watch it and know what I'm talking about.)

Now it has reincarnated itself into many remix and parody videos, but my absolute favorites are the Chad Vader and John Mayer versions.

CHAD VADER

JOHN MAYER

The funniest thing I have ever heard [in a video, on the internet]. EVER!!!

And now I have John Mayer's version stuck in my head. Doesn't help Cory was constantly singing it after he showed it to me.

  ...So weird/funny/ha!

  P.S.
I've updated my music player. Say It Ain't So (by Weezer) won't work right for some reason, so just imagine the song is there.
Also, I've just started on the idea of a new layout. You may see the fruits of my labor sometime before the month is through (maybe).

Behold, the Update
Saturday. 9.15.07
listening to: Dazed and Confused - "The Best Of Led Zeppelin, Vol. 1" by Led Zeppelin

I put in my two weeks at Aéropostale last week. Next weekend will be my last as an Aéropostale sales associate. Yes!
I have also added hours to my library job. Now, alongside every weekday morning, I work Tuesday and Thursday evenings and every fourth weekend (Saturday/Sunday - open to close).

The only thing I will miss about Aéropostale will be getting paid every two weeks (instead of once a month, like at the library).
  â€¦Oh well!

Now that I work two extra nights a week, It's harder for Cory and I to see eachother as much as we'd like. Before, our free nights were Tuesday, Thursday and usually Friday. Now it's just Friday and three-out-of-four Saturdays.
Nevertheless, love shall prevail over all!

I'm really looking forward to next weekend. One (1), I may be going to Springfield to visit some friends at school there. I have to talk to the folks at Aéropostale about it, because that Saturday is my last day, so I'm gonna see if they'll let me work some time earlier that week instead. We'll see when I talk to 'em tonight. Two (2), Resident Evil: Extinction comes out!
I first saw a trailer for it when I saw The Invasion, which is pretty much just an updated version of "Invasion of the Body Snatchers". It was fun. But anyways.

  So exciting!!
